Thank you so much. I have only been playing volleyball for a year. But I want to be a setter so my coach asked me to do a 5 1 rotation and I was excited but nervous. I will definitely be doing it! 😁

I wish you could show clearly like you did in a video years ago, how the USAvbWT stacks in rotation one, where the left side starts left, never has to switch and the right side loops around. Wanting to teach my girls this next month.

Great video! do you have one that shows their serving positions instead of the current serve receive positions?

this doesn't explain anything...you're just showing when the setter subs for the MBs then playing a video with zero commentary

Is this really the best example to show of a 5-1 system ? Particularly Rotation 1 where the Opposite does a 9m sprint to get into position to hit on the right side. Probably 99% of teams in the world playing a 5-1 system would NOT do this as it relies on phenomenally talented and athletic athletes to make it work. Including this in the video will just confuse those trying to learn the system

Rotation is useless: Each player is specialized, it makes the game more difficult and therefore less spectacular, it restricts tactics and learning, it confuses the spectator who does not know the rules, it is not respected in higher level (In P1, the setter always goes first)!! When will this stupid rule be removed??
