Sick Progression man, takes a lot of mental fortitude to hit new things alone, well done!

Thanks! I wish I had more riding buddies to see people hit stuff that's a little out of my league. I often feel limited in what I'll attempt when I'm riding alone. It's a bit of a double edged sword... I'd probably hit more features if I had a spotter but without one, I know I'm only hitting something if I know I can do it

That drop is a lot more intimidating IRL, especially looking up at it from the bypass trail to the left. I wondered if anybody hit it. Nice job MTBH. You have progressed fast.

Thanks! I'm working on it! it was super intimidating standing up there and it looks even bigger from the side

Feels so good to get it done after questioning yourself

Nice riding! We have the same process when it comes to hitting new features😂 talking through it and visualizing yourself executing and landing and then doing it over again to solidify. Lake Leatherwood is sick🤙

The only way to do it! Visualization is a powerful tool. If you can't see yourself doing it, you have no chance. Also, a little self-deprecation for motivation 😂

Now that I’m living in Bentonville I’m definitely gonna have to check leatherwood out soon. We are getting some much much needed rain this week so this upcoming weekend should have the dirt great. Might give it a go this weekend.

One of my favorite spots in NWA. If it rained this week you should definitely hit it this weekend... it dries out so fast. Check out slaughtertrailguides.com for shuttles

Do you know if they shuttle during the week for 1 person.

They do. I was the only person there when I did it. Check out the slaughter trail guides link in description to schedule

Need to give yourself more credit for riding skill. On the cush-cores, you will notice them less each ride. I run my tire pressure much lower with the cush cores (19-21psi / 210lb rider) absolutely love the feel and really notice when the pressure is too high in the tires now.

Thanks! Sometimes just get in my head about stuff like that. Just hold high expectations because I feel like I work so hard at improving and if I don't feel like I am where I should be I get frustrated. Someone commented on one of my other videos, paraphrasing here, "just enjoy it man, it's just about being out there." Which is 100% correct. I ride because I love it and sometimes I lose sight of that. LOVING the cushcore and am totally used to it now. Feels super weird for 2 weeks or so as you're getting the tire and shock pressure worked out.
