Sadly this is so common with young female roommates- I hear this story all the time; good friends, they move in together with a lease, then one starts sleeping at her boyfriend's house and feels she doesn't have to pay rent or utilities- and then BAM- friendship is over and soon the boyfriend is gone. Are parents teaching these young adults how the world works, how rent works, how to pay bills on time, etc?

When you move out before lease is up and you do not pay rent for two months, the grandfather had the right to sue for the two months unpaid rent from the defendant and fees. Everyone here needs to pay attention, for you cannot just move in, sign a year's lease then leave without a notice and unpaid rent. Bad that she felt the needs to move into boyfriend's place to risk pregnancy and him to leave her alone with a future baby to care for. Young people do not think about the adult world when they become an adult.
