Evil is not a sickness. That you don't have a childhood - doesn't justify abusing/grooming and manipulating little children and their families. We all have responsibility for our own actions. This story shows a SICKNESS in our society = If you are rich and famous or beautiful (and in this case an extraordinary singer and dancer) that means that you must also be morally good. It doesn't. You can be a talented singer and also be incredibly evil. But the cognitive dissonance and mental discomfort by this fact - is extremely hard/nearly impossible for many people to deal with. They can't reconcile the IMAGE that they grew up with - the music, the man, the superstar/God figure - with the cold, hard reality. That is why we are seeing a collective kind of "brain spasm/aneurysm" in comment sections and media. It is a desperate attempt to keep the world, keep reality as you always thought it was. This Michael Jackson case hase caused me to reflect more about how i view famous people, and if a good thing comes from this it's to be even more critical of the people who present themselves or are presented as GOOD people. Not everything is as it seems.

Great vid, couldn't agree more. Too many people see this as "Michael's not a monster so he couldn't have done this" or "Michael is pure evil" and the truth is it's likely in the middle. He was a complex person who probably justified his paedophilia to himself as an act of gentleness or love. He probably believed "he could never hurt a child." His persona as a lovable, kind-hearted person may not even be a charade. It could actually be the very means by which he was able to convince the families and enamour the children into a false sense of security with him, all while he took advantage of them while claiming he loves them. That grooming perfectly explains why the kids and the family refused to betray him on the witness stand. I think MJ has in affect also groomed the fans. A lot have developed a kind of parasocial relationship with MJ where you said it perfectly... they think they know him through rare interviews, or their interpretation of his lyrics, or whatever scraps they get via the media, but the truth is they don't. It's ridiculous just how many fans look past or try to explain away even his non-sexual inappropriate behaviour (wanting to spend his every waking hour with children all the time - even if he was denied a childhood that is simply messed up... there is no hand-waving you can do to explain this behaviour as normal - it is ridiculous - and not to mention scary - that so many people try to rationalise it rather than condemn it.) Because of his constant contact with children, he had every opportunity to develop obsessive, or what he believes to be "romantic" feelings for the kids, and persue sexual acts that the child is too star-struck or enamoured to fight him back on. Obviously I wasn't there to witness it, but so much adds up in favour of the children's story, including alignment with how the psyche of an abuse victim tends to work, and all in all, it unfortunately really looks damning for Michael Jackson.

As a person who is in the study of psychology, I can say that the whole situation is just horrible. First of all, I took it upon myself to analyze Wade’s for interview and I found his words to be inconsistent with his body language. I also watched Mj and his side of the story and came to find his body language and context very consistent. As someone who has multiple family members who have been abused and have been told “this is how show love,” I know that these kids will still more often than not show BIG warning signs to not only family but also to the world. MJ was genuinely oblivious as to what a childhood was because he didn’t have one BUT what he did know is that being a child meant purity and innocence and I think he wanted to live that so desperately because of the Trauma he went through with his own father and being in the room while his brothers were having sexual relations with girls in the same room as him. In order for all of this to be true, he would have to be a master mind manipulator with the knowledge to fool not only a judge but also the FBI (side note: not even serial killer mastermind Ted Bundy was able to fool them and he had a masters in law and psychology). Remember people these men had the last 5 years to orchestrate and perfect their story. Also, it could very well be for money. They’ve said time and time again that it is not for money and they are not receiving money for the film, however, they are receiving fame and attempting to sue the money that belongs to his children behind the scenes. This is MAJOR red flag because if they really wanted JUSTICE, they would not be taking the money from the kids that had nothing to do with the alleged INJUSTICE. Food for thought.

Why would a grown man spend so much time alone with little boys? I smell some kind of sexual attraction. In the 2003 “Living With Michael Jackson” documentary, MJ admittedly said to the 13 year old boy _"ok, if you love me, you'll sleep on the bed."_ That sounds like a grown man talking to his 13 year old lover.

You are very right in what you say. His fans love "Michael Jackson" the brand, not Michael Jackson himself. They have built up an image in their minds of what he was like because that is how he presented himself to the world. You could even say that he groomed the world into accepting that what he was doing with all these children was normal and healthy behaviour. Being constantly in the company of children, talking constantly about children and singing about children normalised it and desensitized the public to the strangeness of it. The truth is that very few people really know what happened when his bedroom door closed. The people who are screaming his innocence want him to be innocent but cannot possibly know for sure. Sometimes it's easier to ignore a truth because facing it hurts.

Every time I hear an individual oppose the idea of Michael being a molester it’s the same thing “they’re attacking a black male” “he didn’t have a childhood” “ why are the victims waiting until now to speak” “the family is out for money” “he’s an innocent and shy, childlike man” even though I don’t think anyone who famously grabs their crotch in front of an audiences for a performance purposes is so extremely childlike. There are no found films of Michael sexually abusing his victims and for that people are disregarding everything that comes out of the victims mouths, this is very concerning. So many are refusing to watch the documentary and I believe that it’s for the fear of it altering their opinion. It is incredibly problematic to put MJ in a whole other category of an individual because he is the king of pop and not allowing him to be responsible for his actions. Just having sleepovers alone with other people’s children and allowing them to sleep in the bed with you should have been the only amount of evidence to get you to suspect that something very wrong is going on.

I've never been molested, but i know people that have... First of all, child molesters tend to target family members first, their own kids, nieces, nephews etc... only then do you go outside... the day i hear one of Michael's children/nephews acuse him of molestation, then i'll start believing... Second of all anyone who goes through a traumatic experience like this would never think of making a documentary, they would go straight to the authorities and open a case, end of story. Sad that so many people will easily fall for this, a documentary that was probably years in the making, well crafted to make it seem real, sincere... Its complete BS
@lilmisfit5 жыл бұрын
blindade1 there are several variables that factor into who a child molester will pick or groom as a victim. The idea that pedophiles tend to target victims within the family more so than outside the home is absolutely incorrect. There is no one prototypical child molester. There are pedophiles who target victims outside of the home exclusively, and studies show that when this is the case it is often observed that there are multiple victims. One study indicates that child molesters who sexually victimize females outside of the home averaged approximately 20 different victims. That same study found that child molesters who sexually victimize males outside of the home averaged approximately 150 different victims. Secondly, the idea that you think you can speak to the validity of how every individual person on this earth deals with trauma specific to them and only them is blatant cognitive distortion. You can’t read the minds or intentions of those men anymore than we can read the mind of or understand the intentions of Michael Jackson. No one knows the truth except for the people who were there, and anyone else who claims to has no business pretending their argument is objective.

I come from the understanding that these gentlemen were involved in civil and criminal cases and testified under oath in the opposite direction (The difference now being that they aren’t held to the utmost obligation to tell the truth). I believe you’re accurate in saying around 7 other alleged victims were involved in cases with MJ but their stories went unheard of specifically because of the two men in this documentary. Are we not allowed to question those facts? I personally cannot just blame trauma for their mishaps becuz their situation is somewhat unprecedented. It’s not often that you hear of victims who have felt enough healing or growth within to speak on their abusers in a close amount of time, let alone face them in a court of law in that kind of potential solidarity where all they have to do is tell half of the details presented in this doc. I’m just saying these facts make these allegations just as questionable as MJ’s actions would’ve been had he been alive and this came out.

I LOVED your commentary! It was one of the most educated and unbiased review. You had compassion on these kids and you had compassion on Michael. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 MJ was an extremely broken individual with too many people idolizing him. His emotions weren't healthy or developed from his family, nor his character from being so famous across the world. So it's not shocking people don't want to believe it. The state of this world is mixed up. They immediately believed Jussie Smollett (I didn't) with no specifics and no one else to back up his story to find out he's lying...YET immediately disbelieve those two guys (I do), with their specific details and multiple people saying similar things. Most people in this world are definite not woke. They are severely blind. Thank you for being one of the few woke ones....😊.

They said Michael was watching porn all the time, then who supplied Michael with these videos? It's not like he could just go out and buy them, it was the 80s/90s and VHS tapes are hard to hide and are large not to mention they said they watched it in the bathroom on a small TV that would require a VCR which is large and cumbersome. Maids and family and friends would have definitely come across them at some time yet no one else put their hand up to say they saw them??

I disagree on a few things. The video of Michael wishing Wade happy birthday was a facade, that outfit was from his Artist of the decade award in 1990 shot on March 14th. Wade's bday is September so that's sketchy already, James rings 💍 could've been bought in some shop... I do believe the parents more. I like your thoughts on the documentary. I completely agree that ANY person that has been abused SHOULD be listens to and be taken seriously. I COMPLETELY AGREE with that 100% abuse happens everywhere to all kinds of people everywhere. When a victim comes forward what does the police do? They can't just say hey this person accused you of this horrific crime your going to jail for X amount of years. No, the police HAVE TO investigate into the charges to make sure that this is the person that did it and they have proof. No one has a problem with them coming out or that they made a documentary. The problem is we hear from the accusers. A professional film maker looks at all the picture. We got a VARY well made pull on your heart string film to grab people's attention. I like the fact when you said that you hard someone talking about wade dated Michael's niece. Which is true, Michael introduced wade too Brandi at the age of 10. They officially started dating at the age of 12. You can find an interview with her on utube izm radio confirming this fact. Now, wade said Michael molested him until he was 14 years old and didn't want them around girls. Does this inconsistency itself not set off some things that were left out and make people at least question to check it out and if that's not right well let's check out of there's something else. Wade sued the estate few years ago the judge threw it out, then he tried to get a book deal on his story but no publisher would touch it, he wanted to direct the Michael show that was coming out and he didn't get the job that's when he started all this. On Matt Lauer interview in 2013 he went on the show after having some counseling already saying vary firmly " this is not a repressed memory" he was 30 years old at the time, but now he's saying it's his son's birth that have him the revalation. So as a youth he didn't know this was abuse, in 2005 when he had an extensive cross examination and asked point blank were you touched by Michael in ANY way he said NO in anyway they asked him he said no. In his 30's he said he always knew what happened to him. So, which is it? U did know you lied or you didn't know, your son trigger it or you always knew. Which one? He says that the burns kid and culkin replaced them. How is that? Culkin is 2 years older than wade and culkin was around right after home alone! So Michael dropped the 14 year old for a 16 year old? The barns kid well now a man has sent a letter I'm pretty sure before the film aired to get his name out of the documentary because it's in a context of saying he was Michael's next lover and he is saying it's false. There's more about him but a little bit about James. People say this is a text book child abuse and you know what their right they can find James wedding story with Michael in a book called"Michael Jackson is my lover" written by Victor Gutierrez. Michael sued that man and won 3 million dollars. He still owes the estate for that. The bros and alarms James was talking about. Michael's employees stole from Michael and they'd eavesdrop on him to sell stories to news papers. He sued the employees as he won. There's an interview with one of them who still says owes him money. The employees sued Michael for wrongful termination and they lost. Maybe it's me buyout that ring James is showing looks a bit big for a kid. Wade and James are represented by the same lawyer. So, there is a purpose of them doing this vary well made documentary during the me too movement is to get peoples full support. Why was this reliesed last min? Why not let the public know few months in advance? Because, if they did we'd check on these guys before the movie and then question a lot of it or not even see it at all. This way they just ambushed this film and people only got to see their story. Now, I didn't write all this to change someone's mind I know everyone is traumatized by what they saw and we're humans with emotions and not having a background knowledge on something makes us react someone irrationally. I'm a mom I know I would have reacted to this the same way of I didn't know about these guys. One more thing there is an award winning journalist by the name of Charles Thomson who was on bbc radio who has done an extensive investigating into Michael's aligations has tons of facts and now about these two men. Please listen to his interviews reaserch what I've said TAJ Michael's nephiew on trt listen to what he says. I wouldn't want to be falsely accused and be put on public judgment without facts. Would any of you guys?

I don't have to watch the documentary to judge. The 10 facts at vanityfair were enough for me to know MJ was a paedophile. The sick part is if you have a few guys show up on the stand and say good things about your conduct and behaviour, they're powerful statements. It's a poor concept. A few fruits don't represent the whole tree. Another method of defence is to discredit the prosecution witnesses. Digging their old petty criminal records like stealing etc. Oldest tricks in the book. The fact that MJ was found innocent doesn't mean a thing. It's the outcome in the court of law - this may or may not represent the real life situation. Fans will have their verdict. I'll have mine.
@eidodk5 жыл бұрын
The children never slept in the same bed. MJ's bedroom is 2 stories and the size of a duplex.. Entire families slept there. Only way to circumvent statute of limitations in court, was to claim they didn't know it was abuse. Dating the niece was not a rumor, breaking up Justin and Britney was not a rumor. Wade defending Michael up until being declined for the Cirque de soleil One shown not a rumor... Jordan Chandler NEVER ONCE said anything against Michael - Jordan emancipated himself from the parents as soon as he could. I used drugs as young, i was never abused... None of your points make sense. It doesn't MATTER if he did what these two claim, Wade testified TWICE in court. ANY belief in the US justice system should make it IMPOSSIBLE to believe a word this man is saying now. The supposed "charity" Wade is championing now with his wife is clearly a scam. The wife is on record to stating she has no knowledge of how it feels to be sexually abused, yet when the charity opened, the page states she too was a survivor of sexual abuse. Trinkets were .... trinkets, nothing about them says "This is from Michael Jackson" at all.. They could be just a talking point. Since 1992, they have uncovered zero evidence of any wrongdoing on Michaels part, in spite of having had the man stand butt naked, and being photographed in the most private of situations, to then not use this socalled "evidence" in the case, because it apparently didn't help them in their case. 28 years of investigations, many of them surveilanced and zero evidence uncovered.

I don't think that Beyonce is a very cool person behind closed doors, but I worship her because of her voice. I also used to worship MJ because of his voice. I cried like a baby when he died. But I have to admit that he was a very twisted man. Many parents mess up their kids. As a kid, MJ was destroyed by his dad. When he became a man, he didn't know how to function. A horrible childhood can result in a twisted adult. MJ lied a lot. In 1993, MJ told Oprah that he never bleached his skin, but his 2009 autopsy revealed that he bleached his skin. That's just one of many many lies. P.S. Don't judge me for worshipping these celebrities. First thing Michael is resting at peace. There word against Michael who is gone. No defense just tearing down a mans legacy of word of mouth. You can’t believe what u here Think about it. You need to look at facts and look at the 2 guys background and what’s really going on. That’s like you accused someone of a crime. Go to court. Change your story multiple times. Then say the person didn’t do the crime then years later after the man is dead you come back with allegations no way. And look at the time of our country this going on. It’s crazy times out here. Michael was all about positive from his music to his interviews. Its sad people will side with the negative with out even truly knowing. It’s sick you chose negativity over positive. Now it’s true we don’t know if people have dark secrets. But we can’t say everyone has them that’s casting judgement. Without facts it’s good positive people In the world and if you believe from just word of mouth and no facts or evidence. Then that bad to tear down someone who left the world trying to be in a positive light. Write is write and wrong is wrong. But a man is not here. Michael to defend his self which he has already done. Yes the werid stuff he is done is crazy and put in a bad position a target. But truth is I don’t know. And you don’t know. But as a big fan of Michael and reading about this what was going on in Hollywood and the word. I choose to believe Michael was a good soul. He had a protective restraining order against his father who was abusive and wanted access to his trust. The second “victim” went to trial and MJ was found not guilty on all 14 counts after 200 witnesses, 2 complete home searches and a complete body search. The FBI investigates for 10 years and found no evidence of any crime(all 366 pages are available online). The stories that Robeson and Safechuck pilled are almost word for word from a Victor Gutierrez book( a man whose a know pedophile). In 2017, Robeson and Safechuck sued for $1.6 billion and the judge threw the case out. Now after this documentary, they’re looking to repeal.

my educated guess based on the facts michael did have sex with the kids because... 1-he was abused and exploited as a kid. 2-you brought it up (he was a jehova's witness) religion can make people crazy especially when facing mental breakdowns. 3-he flew kids to his ranch and gave money to the family, so he groomed parents and the kids themselves. 4-Hollyweird entertainer life. hollywood people develop weird tastes. the stress to succeed in hollywood the wealth and fame deviates people's minds to like weird things in search to feel rewarded for their endured sacrifice. michael was never the type of guy who could have a normal relationship with a woman after all the baggage he was carrying, and his eccentricity. what adult woman is going to stay with a man with michael's mind. he might have tried and just been told to his face he was weird. that might have isolated mike even more maybe leading him to his infatuation for innocense and purity from kids. the problem is I think he might have turned that infatution into sexual attraction. his mind was really messed up like most celebrities.
