► 90 Days Of Kettlebells - bit.ly/90days-of-kettlebells This workout is the official IKFF CKT 1 Test from Steve Cotter. It's a powerful full body kettlebell workout if you're short on time. Don't mistake its brevity for lack of intensity though! If you really want to master this kettlebell workout, your technique has to be on point! - Gregory

Great workout! Did it today with 16kg, after a few months of not training at all. Had to break the C&J up and alternate the snatches, though

Geez! You guys are so darn strong... This is something I look forward to working up to... I'll be using a 16kg. No need for me to ego lift and hurt myself again. The Kettlebell has humbled me, and taught me to pace myself more than any other instrument. I love it.

Today I did this 12 minute workout. I started with 10kg kettlebell and boy, it was awesome. I really liked it and did sweat a lot. Also first time doing snatches and I think this is now my favorite KB movement. I can do double handed swing with 24kg but didnt do single handed at all and I started with 10kg today. All in all, very good workout and will do 3x a week.

Tried this for the first time with a 16kg did not quite get through it without stopping. Had to stop during the snatches for a quick break. Practice will make perfect, in time I will be able to finish this with 20 or 24kg.

I love this, so simple and yet hits everywhere.. I often train with a 16-24 but think I might need to try this with the 16 all the way through. Already grimacing at the thought of that goblet squat stand lol

Wow..lol..that was really good. I felt my form keep slipping towards the end of each set, but caught myself and corrected. It becomes challenging when fatigue starts to hit.

Geez with the 24kg this is no joke at all. I was keeping pace with Gregory until the snatches when my grip cashed out 😁...need to refine my technique/efficiency.

WTH did I just watch? 100x alternating one hand swings? I broke my floor two times with this exercise and I ain't kidding
@atsontrainingcamp3 жыл бұрын
I saw exactly the same ... 100 swings with 24kg KB? I do not think so. They look like competition KBs, where they are all the same size but different weight. you can use an 8kg one painted black and no one will notice the difference.

@@lebe-starkyes, I googled Lebe Stark and it took me to Switzerland! You folks are near the lake. I have vacationed in Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and I love it over there! I am Mexican but have lived in the USA all my life. Perhaps I lived in Europe in a prior life! You folks are so lucky to be living in one of the last Republics on Earth. One of my nephews who is a physician/surgeon passed up,a,golden opportunity in relocating to Switzerland when they were recruiting young professionals to live in Switzerland. I told him you need to have some adventure in you! Anyway, I enjoy your videos and have passed them on to relatives and friends who need body reshaping! Best of luck to you! ❤

Hey Gregory, I tried your 13 min kettlebell workout it kick my butt a little as I have not worked-out in quiet awhile. I did the exercise completely, did all but the last 2 rep's of 2nd booth l/r, tried to do the 3rd but my 16kb too heavy after those 1st two exercises, I the gobbled squats, couldn't hang for the 60sec at the bottom, but it was an excellent work out. Thanks for that. Who do you recommend for 25kg kettlebells? I know you like steel. Who would you recommend.
