I think that lack of love translates to the game and it’s why it’s hard to follow for me. I didn’t like basketbrawl, but I did love hard play. Diving for loose balls. Hard screens. Taking charges. Going up for the impossible rebound. It all translated into the love for the game

I agree. The worst thing the NBA did was throw a bunch of money at unproven players. Guaranteeing contracts for "franchise" players who barely play 65 games a year. Adding more monetary incentives for players to play harder in the All-Star game and during the regular season like the In-game Season tournament. Too many divas and mentally weak players who just want the "bag". They have killed the NBA product.

One could argue that the Wizards Jordan was for a business standpoint since he was part owner of the team so his court presence was needed to get butts in seats. (Pippen was my favorite player growing up...then I saw the fraud, the sorry jealous side...respect the player still but not in this league) Barkley I would say. Dr J? PF : Duncan/?? too many to pick from. Heart would say Dirk but...defense, really? He was easy to play to my liking. KG was too unpredictable at times. Webber subpar. Maybe Malone as he was steady and a force to be reckon with. Rodman also, rebounder maniac, defense ready, mind games. Ofc he was hard to manage but MJ and Kobe would know how to maintain the wild side. C : Olajuwon/?? Past eras? Wilt or Russell? Shaq is a liability. He got mostly dominated by the big men of the great era of bigs then got lazy once he was the only one. I must admit that I was in awe when he dominated in 2000. I've said it before I'll say it again. I would have absolutely no problem with LeBron James, his people or his fans if they weren't constantly trying to discredit / downplay / invalidate Jordan to lift up LeBron. The stuff Klutch and his media people did this past year was inexcusable, and the fact his fans ate it all up tells you all you need to know about them. LeBron your favorite player of all time? He's your personal GOAT? Fine, no problem. You're wrong but I don't care. You start attacking Jordan's legacy and questioning his greatness to try to make LeBron look better by comparison? Oh it's on - I will find every fact, figure and failure I can to tear down your BS
@S1mplyBenxc2 ай бұрын
Honestly I don't know why ur saying people who think LeBron is the goat are wrong. 1st there is no best or goat of the NBA or really any sport, how can MJ be the goat if he never played against other people who are considered the "goat"(Tim, bron , prime Kobe , prime shaq, wilt, bill, Steph).MJ never played no 2017 warriors 2014 spurs type of teams. LeBron never played against physical defense like the 90s. They both accomplished amazing career but they did it playing at seperate times. MJ success wouldn't be near as the 90s if he was on the bulls or any team in today's era, LeBron wouldn't accomplished what he did in the 90s. I don't understand how MJ can be the goat of all eras of basketball when he only dominated the 90s that's all Imma say. There's best of a time but not ever
@daiblaze13962 ай бұрын
@@S1mplyBenxc Easy one! MJ was recognised by his peers. The respect came from the great players from his era. MJ was cemented right after the first 3-peat. No one respect LeFabricated. He asks for it! Then use "eyes". Who is beautiful to watch and has many skills in his game? Who is ugly to watch and even uglier as days pass? Basketball will then be forever grateful. See, easy, no need to make any narrative. This will only lead to lies.

8:51 I like how you point out that Michael Jordan never scored less than 10 PTS in a playoff game, but I think that you could've taken it even further to show just how much Jordan was on another level, maybe a couple slides with Playoff Games 15 PTS or Less: Jordan 15 PTS vs Knicks 1989 ECF and LeBron 15 times. 😂

Back in the good old days we saw Jordan play through the flu, Kobe had his finger dislocated mid-game & got the trainer to pop it back in, Steve Nash played with one eye & a broken nose (twice), Dirk's flu game in game 4 of the finals. Didn't see these guys make excuses cause of what they were dealing with.
