I have been using LEDs since the 1990's, with amazing results on animals, and myself, without any serums. Serums are just a recently discovered bonus for the face! Red lights are tremendously effective for headaches, on bruises (PHENOMINAL!), joint stiffness, and treatment for nerve pain. IDK if there is clinical study evidence. This is based on my personal use.

I have heard that according to some studies that we actually have to take breaks from LED to avoid skin adapting to it and giving less results. Is it true?

Hi , I had a mole removed in 2019 from the corner of my left eye.. The scar has widened and is red and a little pillow bulges from under my eye.. Is there a way I can have a zoom consultation with u , Penny? I went to a plastic surgeon a few days ago and he said I have to be put asleep and that he can make the wide red scar and the fat it caused to look almost invisible… I am definitely not going under sleep sedation to do this… Please let me know if I can schedule a zoom appointment with u.. Thanks in advance.. Ana Sophia

I have dark tan skin with melasma . Because it is extremely challenging to reduce the pigmentation, i am hesitant in trying LED masks even though i need to increase collagen/tone of my 57yo skin. Interestingly, ive started alternating using castor oil on my melasma and tret 0.1%. The only thing I've noticed is hair sprouting at the inner end of my brows (i have melasma spots on upper brows). It is too soon to see if my melasma is fading (only have been using castor for 3 weeks so far)

@PENNSMITHSKINCARE17 сағат бұрын
If I ever use a panel for my eyes I stand WAY WAY back and I don’t have it on pulsing. This is just what I do, it’s not what the panel people actually recommend. I can’t think of any panel company that actually encourages their panels for eye health 🤔

For anti aging wouldn't the panel work for all over better than the mask?
@PENNSMITHSKINCARE17 сағат бұрын
A panel is definitely a great option for more coverage. It really depends on what YOU would use. I’ve talked to so many people who just wouldn’t sit (or stand) in front of a panel. So it’s dependent on lifestyle. I LOVE my panels (I have 2- one is Maysama and one is red therapy co).

I read recently that green light (520nm) may produce significant anti-aging results for darker skinned people and is safe for those dealing with melasma and hyperpigmemtation. Can you speak to that at all? Is this legitimate and where can this be found in products?
@PENNSMITHSKINCARE11 сағат бұрын
So most of the research I’ve seen on green light is around SAD (seasonal affect disorder) and also migraines. I love green light- i have read lots of info on it being good for redness and for pigment but I haven’t been able to find a lot of verifiable data. I love it so much I bought a green only panel from Lumara. I just don’t see enough PROOF to share (but it has my vote!!)

@PENNSMITHSKINCARE9 сағат бұрын
Hi Susan, this video isn’t sponsored. I actually tried to ask questions that pertain to LED generally, not completely specific to Bev’s products. Because Bev has her own LED she has educated herself more than any one other person I know- making her an incredible guest to answer questions about LED. You can take that info and apply it to ANY brand you want. But, If you don’t value the expertise because she’s developed her own products, by all means, don’t watch. But you’re missing out on great info! 💙

They’re very different but both really really good. Maysama has: pulsing Red+NIR and the ability to turn off NIR Red+blue (great for acne) Full lip coverage CurrentBody has: Red+nir+deep NIR The deep NIR (1072) is strategically placed around the eyes and mouth for advanced anti-aging Incredible accuracy testing- the LEDs are high quality and tested to be within +- 2mm wavelength (that is CRAZY accurate) Under the chin LEDs Super soft med grade silicone Over 200 LEDS and no gaps in treatment when tested (tested by a member of my team in England just a couple days ago!) Maysama is 375 before discounts CurrentBody is 469 before discounts They are different but both VERY good. They are easily my 2 favorite masks
