I tripped off a small cliff once, attempting to quickly climb down it with bad shoes, and I was able to twist in the air, push off some rocks and I ended up sprawled backwards over some rocks but without injury. I was holding myself up over a pointed rock that looked like a spike. My friend came around the corner and thought I was paralyzed when he saw me over it. But, I just then hopped off and laughed. Thats partly why I like training, to be prepared for the real world.

I do not use your videos as instructional guides, but I do implement your suggestions into my daily routine. But most importantly, it affects my confidence. Thanks!

Good. That's the main point of these videos: mindset.

Can we just talk about how good a speaker he is, having it smooth and audible along with good hand movement.

In the aging process, fast twitch muscle fibers are the first to go. You might be 65 years old and still be very strong in bench press, squats and deadlifts. But doing box jumps, flips or sprints? Not so good. That's why Lee's training method is so superior to anything else I've seen. When we're older, another simple skill we take for granted throughout our youth is jumping down from a height, even one or two feet high. That's the very first thing to go.

I'm trying some fundamental exercises. Last night was the 1st time over a year that laying flat I was able to roll myself up enough to be sitting. Normally I either push my hands or roll over to get to all 4 to roll over to sitting. I'm actually strong as a bull but degenerate arthritis with a bad trucker seat that twisted my back 3 different angles. I was simply overjoyed. Walking is about all I can do right now.

This rare, functional and fantastic stuff ✌️👌 In my opinion, weighing less ,I mean on the lower end of the spectrum (height-weight)chart is the passport in unlocking 🔓 such skills.

You have helped me immensely… My hip and ankle flexibility is the main culprit. Sitting with my knees in front of me with the ankles flared out extremely hard, but I’m getting there. The hip is locked, and the ankle won’t go all the way down. should I just hold the position and eventually it goes lower and lower?

Weird question: is there a well known brand for these big boxes or is everything self made? Greetings from Germany trying to implement your guidances in our healthcare system :)
