Ian is such a UNIT, Made Sam look like a classic competitor lol, but Sam got them genetics we’re finally seeing, I don’t think we’ve truly seen some post his physique this much being that conditioned, we’re finally seeing his potential on stage and he can Win

Sam mentioned several times he is most interested in doing classic anyway, not the open class. But yeah, Ian is huge.
@GymMotivatorforyou Жыл бұрын
@@firelordplayz Sam would definitely look a lot better in Classic since he has the perfect mass for it, Open is just a diff beast you can clearly see by how big Ian quads is, literally slabs of muscle on the frame, Sam can always move up to Open when he’s older and developed much more muscle mass if he wants to go down that road

I actually really enjoyed this training session. Helping out Sam with getting more reps and telling him to control the negative on the last few reps seems like its fucking hell, but insane on the pump. Also, i like how you clarify that you're not trying to change Sam's training routine, simply just showing him an alternative, and if he likes it, he can implement it into his training. Great wisdom Fouad

@runarelvheim4675 Жыл бұрын
Just to add to the pointing toes on the hamstring curl question. The M.gastrocnemius (one of the big calf muscles) start above the knee joint making it a knee flexor, so by pointing your feet you lessen its effectiveness in flexing over the knee joint making the hamstrings do more of the work. Pointing your toes in an extension should not biomechanically make much of a difference other than maybe antagonist/agonist relations. Regardless, neuromuscular control is rather complex, so if it feels good/right it's probably good stuff. Great video!! Keep em coming!
