It would be super cool adding those details into a workout video as well, I got a bit of a beer belly during the festive, and I need to work on loosing it in the new year, and join a gym. Also a intro and a outro video or a text on the screen showing all your socials before and after a video also helps build a following across platforms, as well as adding the like, comment and subscribe reminder. The more you grow online, the easier it will be to find your target audience with gymming, RC's, your R business, and lamming with the brasse, doing videos replying to comments. TK
