I am defiantly going to try these rotational exercises out, would you also recommend that when adding weight to the rotation that you should make sure to have your chest open so you get the full rotation of the torso? people often round their back when they get tired.

Hey Chris, I have this pain/tightness in the groin area. Have you ever come across this problem before? i have done extensive researching and seeking physiotherapy, all they said is to "stretch" the hip flexor which i have done many times but the pain/tightness still occurs. i do a lot of lower body exercises and play basketball. is it a muscle imbalance, joint problem, etc... any insight will help.
