Sometimes a basic "no frills" workout can be the most effective for me. I can concentrate solely on my form and the muscle I'm working. Loved it Caroline:)

Literally just prayed for strength to smile in the nurse's locker room. I lost a patient following a code tonight and was in tears. I saw your faithful post, and thanked God for it. It reminded me of my goal to be strong on my journey to help people and , like you, to be faithful in that goal. Thank you, again...my words seem so insignificant compared to the gift you share with all of us. 💛 Thank you, also, to all the people who follow you and strive to be healthy in every way. It's inspirational to know that we are never alone.

Me too. Last time we did bulgarians I was able to do two weights. Not today I did 25 pound weight and that was challenging

Oh god, me too!! But- it’s always my back leg that is the issue and I don’t know why...🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. I have a serious back injury so I’m not using heavy weights....if anyone has any ideas why it could be my back leg that is the issue with Bulgarian split squats (lunges sometimes too) I’d love to hear your thoughts!! What a fantastic community Caroline has built! Xxxxxx

It used to be my nightmare before I started epic 2 . Now , I love Bulgarian lunges . I love the burn I feel in all four quadriceps muscles right up to my hip . Something calming about it 🤣

Yes! Caroline's gang never skip Leg day. Love the squats, lunges and cant get enough of pulses. You guys can do it! I know I'm going to try my best to do full range. Yesterday killed me but you know I'm evolving when I'm ready to go again at midnight!

I watch your video um the morning when I wake up, to prepare my self, I click the like button then I do the workout in the afternoon and I wish I could like a second time! Girl, you made my day everyday for more than 4 months now. I don't know how I can give back what you bring me, so I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. After one hour training with you I feel exhausted and happy. I am after cesarean and I have hashimoto but I feel that my body is more powerful and can does more than ever and of course looks much better. Thank you 😘😘😘😘

Third to last day of Epic II!! Bring it on!! These certain lunges may be a challenge, but we are all strong and we can get through anything!! I can’t wait to see what all Caroline has in store for us after Epic II is over!! As it’s said in high school musical, “we’re all in this together”. I've been doing these works outs for about 5 months. 1. I love Caroline. 2. At 50, I actually have toned muscles again -- yay! 3. Thank you Caroline for making these videos accessible to us. You put your heart and soul into these production, as evidenced by all the details: color coordinating, music selection, background furniture seting, your outfits, your hair...just everything! You are a blessing and a rockstar! Thank you for giving me the motivation I need to workout.

After two days of work (both physically taxing) which I used as my “rest days” this was a welcome follow up for my lower extremities. Your workouts are always “hard” but in the best possible way. How is it you manage to not only inspire me but have me looking forward to this sort of sweet torture every day? Afterword, when I get dressed and look in the mirror, I say THANK YOU, Caroline! I feel so at home in my clothes no matter if they are loose or snug - when one is “in shape” EVERYTHING drapes nicely! Your kindness and generosity is immense and I wish there were new words to express my gratitude. Waving at you from Canada!

I enjoyed this so much, started off with a bang and my HR was in peak range within minutes. Loved the finisher, such a good burn and really did finish you off. It was tough, it was simple, it was no frills as promised but a good solid easy to follow (not easy to do) session which left my legs shaking. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

that was insane !! Tried my first leg day with 2 12kg dumbbells and am so proud of making it the whole way through with them - even though my legs were shaking. Thank you so much for your workouts - they have made every single day in lockdown better and have continued to grow my muscles even though I'm not at the gym. You are amazing !

That basic leg day was a killer. I couldn’t do the last round of Bulgarians so I did them on the floor. Still felt everything…. Thank you I think 😂

I always loved lower-body focused workouts. But over the course of Epic 1 and Epic 2, I have just come to love them in a way that I enjoy the extra bit of "pain". The same lunges and squats done in a different sequence for a slightly longish duration with some pulses thrown in, whoa! Thanks Caroline for another great workout! If you are still planning on running that ultra marathon, know that we are all gonna be cheering you on from our homes. With such strength in your lower body thanks to the many, many leg days, you will demolish that ultra marathon :)

Those Bulgarian lunges will be the death of me 🙈😆 Update: I did this workout 2 days ago and my legs are still screaming like 'what the hell gal 🤬'! Caroline, my legs & bum have never looked better. That was a solid leg workout. I used 25lbs weights and kept up with Caroline even during lunges, which before I couldn't do lunges with more than 12lbs before. Bulgarians are still my weak spot and had to drop to 15lbs but I did more than I've done before. Thank you Caroline for giving us this opportunity to build strength and endurance during the awesome ride.

Just wow. I've done this workout before but it was really intense today. I'm still happy to have sepnt the time with you, Caroline, but I'm a bit concerned by how challenging I'm finding these workouts in this last week of EPIC II. Thanks for all of your hard work and efforts. I'm so glad to have embarked on EPIC I and II with you this year - you've challenged, encouraged and pushed me further than I thought possible, The results have been both mindboggling and frustrating in some ways - I think what's bothering me the most at the moment is that I don't seem to be gaining strength as quickly now. I'm sure that there are many factors at play, including warmer weather here ein South Africa, but I'm really having to put my ego aside and just push through with lighter weights. I'm still learning so much, so thanks for all of your engagement and insight, Caroline. I really appreciate all you make available to us. Much love from South Africa

Hi Caroline, what a lovely touch 😍 I noticed straight away. Todays workout was super, used 12.5 kgs which was tough enough especially during those pulses. Nice build up to the finisher with the Bulgarian to RDL burning like crazy and the final squats just fatique central. I think what makes this so effective is the small changes to the set each time and the alternating of the pulses. Can't believe we only have two days to go, incredibly emotional I think, but also incredibly proud.

I needed this workout so much, I had a discussion and I was so mad that I was so close to get into not doing anything zone. That made me more angry that propelled me to wear my leggings and do the work. Now, after sweating my anger I feel so good, happy that I didn’t that bad moment to spoil more on me. I feel strong.
