WHOLE BODY VINYASA FLOW - 20 MINS YOGA PRACTICE
The aim is to address most of the angles of the body in about 20 minutes. You'll travel from mindful vinyasa warming up into heat-building standing poses with core work, heart openers and seated hip openers weaved in. You'll cover a lot of territory and feel like you got a surprisingly complete practice in for the length of time.
We practice forearm stand. Feel free as always to pause the practice and take your inversions to the wall or spend more time. Enjoy your practice!

This was perfect! I don’t know how you manage but the practices are always unpredictable in poses yet SO natural at the same time. The time flies and when I’m done, I’m excited for the next time. With almost all of my other online classes I follow, I am looking forward to the practice finishing, but not yours. I LOVE your classes.

This was just the perfect flow for me today. I chose a short practice because I felt sluggish and powerless the whole day. By now I feel energized but calm. I had the most peaceful headstand in which I chose to stay a little longer. I have the feeling inversions sometimes help me with my migraines. Thank you, I always love your dance like flows! Namaste 🙏🏻
