had not done yoga for a while and this was a great welcoming back to the flow. Thanks!

First off I just want to say how much I love your videos! I was wondering if you could change your new advertisements to the popup ones, the videos didn't used to have this many ads and it is really disruptive to the practice to have to stop and click through an ads, thank you so much!
@LeighaButler4 жыл бұрын
Oy, yes!! I don’t want any of these midroll ads. It’s a change from KZbin that I thought I opted out of. Will change all the settings I have the power to. How distracting.

Thank you Leigha! Beautiful as always. I'd love a long class focused on engaging the bandhas! Specifically Mula bandha

Hi again, Leigha. I'd been totally out of it for over two weeks, neither felt like doing exercise nor felt good about not doing it, an endless cycle. This upload made me go get the mat and try. Maybe it was what you said in the beginning, or how you said it. Even the pace and level was just right after such a long time. I felt good afterwards. Thanks a lot for helping me many times during this period. Hugs.

Chiming in with this feeling and cycle, and this being the first thing I've felt like trying to exercise in a while. Thanks, Leigha, I really appreciate it. Hope you and yours are staying safe and healthy.

Great practice! I would like to see a strong beginner level class that helps strengthen the neck and upper body. Specific muscles my physiotherapist wants me to target are the serratus anterior and traps. Also, all your handstands and forearm stands look like so much fun and would be great to work towards but I am nowhere near strong enough to attempt to do those safely (I tried).

When attempting hand balances in the past, I found that my wrists were sore for quite awhile afterwards, so it would be good to learn how to strengthen those. I love your videos so much and have found them very informative, inspiring and useful in helping me become more active.

Hi! I've been doing the flows on your channel for 5 years! You are by far my favorite youtube channel, your practices are always exactly what I need:) all of a sudden ads appeared during your videos and they are every few minutes:/ is there anyway around this? I'm sure it's not your fault
@LeighaButler4 жыл бұрын
Hi! I've turned of mid-roll ads which suddenly became default on KZbin. They shouldn't show up anymore. Thanks for writing in!

This was such a great and balanced practice. Using foundational movements, you can get a really good stretch even if you practice often.

This is an amazing practice, thank you! I would appreciate it if you could post a video of a practice for people with spondylolisthesis. I have been diagnosed recently and all I've been told is no more back bands, which is fine but I also have scoliosis so I need to keep my back strong and I find that difficult if I shouldn't bend my back. Thank you in advance 😊

My hips click and feel uncomfortable doing the knee to elbow on back. Any tips or modifications? Many thanks 🙏🏼
@LeighaButler4 жыл бұрын
There’s no substitute for getting a check-up and imaging, but the following things can help keep the hips healthy: 1) Don’t move into the ranges of motion that cause discomfort. 2) Focus on strengthening the muscles that wrap your hip. 3) Don’t go too deep in lunging positions; the tendency can be to put too much strain in the joint w/out genuine, proper engagement of the surrounding muscles. 4) Externally rotate before opening your hip!
