I feel like you and your husband are matching more branding / topics (business) to prepare the launch of 100M$ Sales. It's literally power couple at scale and I admire it! You leverage your partnership so well, it’s beautiful

I've enjoyed many of your videos Leila. But this one is my favorite by far! Super engaging and helpful as I start to build my first team. This makes things feel less daunting and left me with actionable checkboxes to check while scaling. Thank you!

Hi Leila , i am probably the first woman in my whole bloodline to ever own/launch my own business and i consider you my mentor , you are a fantastic teacher/explainer . please make more of these videos . i feel so lost sometimes reading some conventional business books . I specifically want to learn the art of managing people as i am now overseeing a small team and i want to bring the best out of them. i hope you know that there are people all across the world who respect you and look up to you . Its 4 am here and your video is often the first thing i watch on most days.

The hook was great, and I think you did a good job setting up the story loop in the first 25 seconds. However, it felt like the video ended very abruptly. I know that's better for retention but after you walked through the individual role KPIs, it just ended. It didn't feel like the initial story loop was closed. Which makes the hook & headline seem (slightly) more like clickbait, than an actual introduction to the content (value) of the video. It's like you built a puzzle in front of us and decided putting in the last piece wasn't worth it. I may be in the minority with this perspective. However, if a new viewer shared my opinion they may not return. I know getting views isn't the goal, making real business education accessible is. Which is why I'm ranting in this long ass comment (lol) that it's important to wrap up your lessons (i.e. videos) to make it as valuable and memorable as possible. Don't assume I'm going to put in the thought to connect your final point back to what you first said 15 minutes ago. P.S. Despite everything I said, I love the video, and how you broke down the four levels and how they work together! It'll be very beneficial with my father-in-laws business.
