Someones who comment here are trully ignorant and stupids!!!They talk about what they never ever saw.RB is not a wedding party company ready to serve 300 people a day! Is really the best Restaurant in Europe,for sure. The kitchen is incredible small but there the big Chef Lump and Pastry Chef Leitner manage a small team of brilliant young chef cooks.Is extremly stressed their cook jobs.But what is unique in RB is the HUMBLENESS and HIGH PROFISSIONALISM from them all! Mostly from Lump and Brandt.

ich finds geil..aber was für ne arbeit..das ganze zeug muss doch jeden tag frisch produziert werden..und das ist bestimmt nicht das einzige dessert..dazu noch brote brötchen etc. ...

+kitchenfan Sind im Durchschnitt auch 30 Köche in ner 3 Michelin Küche. Und ja viel Arbeit ist es aber das ist ja auch das schöne an dem Beruf.

er hat das super langsam angerichtet und dabei noch alles erklärt das kostet natürlich zeit. wenn da viel los is er und in action, dann richten an dem posten ~3 leute and und son dessert is in einer minute angerichtet wenn jeder weis wass er tut und das team eingespielt ist

fucking hell is that how they call 3 michellin star ...it took him the whole day to serve a dish ...can you imagine if he had to plate for 100 people ..he will be shitting in his pants ....make a dessert and stop trying to convince people you are doing some artistic work..less is always much ;)

@@babyhuey6342 Don't bother. Based on his comment you can see it's fruitless to even try and make him understand. That's good for us tho, because we have more space and time to enjoy such great restaurants as Bareiss without people there who have less taste than money to intrude on our experience 😉
