Literally love this guy💜💜 his story was so amazing, when I watched it on Netflix along with other amazing breath taking chefs and their stories too, I fucken died😭💜💜💜 but in a good way? lol🤣🤣 idk watching their stories was I can't even explain. "more cream duuuh" for the lulz, its funny to see so many ppl bitching about this with no culinary idea whatsoever. Hiding the ice cream inside the foam create a surprise to the customer palate, layering the textures and the flavors, and hiding the foam and the ice cream inside the cotton create another extra layer. I would be really pleased to visit your three michelin star joint anytime though.
