How to make Undanpori / Bonda / Sweet Bonda / Pazhacake
Palayankodan pazham ( Mysore Poovan ) - 5 nos
Sugar - 1 Cup
Wheat flour - 4 Cups
Soda bicarbonate - 3/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cardamon powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1 Cup + 1/4 Cup ( Total )
Refined oil - For FryingWater - 11/2 Cup
