I'd love to hear your story boss. I dated from 1986-2015... about 40 woman... 2 marriages, 2 divorces... my life feels better than my siblings.. married for 11 and 20yrs respectively. All I know is I'm free now. I can say one thing... a lot of times we project who we think that person is and that's not who they are at all. There is also a HUGE difference between men, women and what we bring to a relationship. You never really know what you're getting into (to be honest) because most people hide their past out of a fear of rejection... so many people get a raw deal out of marriage. Men especially. Prayers to you my brotha. It's going to get better I promise. Hang in there. I'm on my 9th year of "monk mode" and I have no regrets.

Lyrics Sheets of empty canvas, Untouched sheets of clay... Laid spread out before me As her body once did. Oh all five horizons Revolved around her soul As the earth to the sun Now the air I tasted and breathed Has taken a turn Oh and all I taught her was everything How quick the sun can drop away And now my bitter hands cradle broken glass Of what was everything? All the pictures have All been washed in black, Tattooed everything I take a walk outside I'm surrounded by some kids at play I can feel their laughter so why do I sear? Oh and twisted thoughts that spin 'round my head I'm spinning, oh, I'm spinning How quick the sun can drop away And now my bitter hands cradle broken glass Of what was everything All the pictures have, all been washed in black, tattooed everything... All the love gone bad Turned my world to black Tattooed all I see, all that I am and all that I'll be...yeah... I know someday you'll have a beautiful life, I know you'll be a star, In somebody else's sky, But why? why? Why can't it be, oh can't it be mine?

Sheets of empty canvas, untouched sheets of clay Lay spread out before me as her body once did, mm All five horizons revolved around her soul as the earth to the sun, yeah Now the air I tasted and breathed has taken a turn Mm, and all I taught her was everything (that's all folks) Mm, how quick the sun can drop away And now my bitter hands cradle broken glass Of what was everything Oh, the pictures have all been washed in black Tattooed everything I take a walk outside, I'm surrounded by some kids at play, ooh I can feel their laughter, oh so why do I sear Mm, and twisted thoughts that spin 'round my head I'm spinning, oh, I'm spinning, how quick the sun can drop away And now my bitter hands cradle broken glass Of what was everything All the pictures have all been washed in black Tattooed everything All the love gone bad turned my world to black Tattooed all I see, all that I am, all I'll be, yeah Mhm, mhm, ooh I know someday you'll have a beautiful life I know you'll be a star in somebody else's sky, but why Why, why can't it be, oh, can't it be mine? Mm, no yeah, no yeah Doodoo-doo-doo-doodoodoo, doodoo-doo-doo-doodoodoo... We, we belong, we belong together, together We, we belong, we belong together, yeah
