I'll say it Silda's jams are really tasty and with the little spoon tied on are perfect for gifting. I like your savory recipe where sugar can be added via the jam if wanted. Also the extra dialogue about cream of tartar and baking powder sticks better in my memory when I'm salivating watching what you're cooking.

The long videos are my favorite! I come to KZbin for the longer ones while I eat, do my makeup, wash my face, etc 😊 also omg both of these scones sound so scrumptious! Also I made your caramelized chai cake! I’m going to be cutting into it later tonight for Friendsgiving and i can’t wait to taste it!

Lemon & Rosemary is amazing together, that jam that's made with maple syrup must be so delicious too, You could definitely add some cranberries into the dough if you were gonna eat them with savoury foods during the holidays. Strawberry with chocolate is definitely a thing, in europe a beloved chocolate by Cadbury is a strawberry fondant filled chocolate, recently i bought chocolate covered freeze dried strawberries in a store here in Ireland, they were absolutely amazing and made with coconut sugar so they weren't overly sweet either, i find it chocolate is overly sweet it takes away from the flavour profile of the chocolate

Hey great timing!! I think you will love this recipe and the great thing about it is you can add in anything you like chocolate chips, dates, raisins, walnuts, like really anything!!

I don't even search YT anymore tor vegan videos I might have missed because it's ALL SHORTS! Why is everything shorts? Seriously, especially for cooking videos, how much information can you possibly get? So glad I sub to some of the best channels, like yours, who bother to still do long-form, descriptive videos of their recipes. These look delicious and earthy for the season; thanks for posting : )

I agree the shorts are totally annoying but something that KZbin has been pushing creators to do since last year~ they are trying to compete with TikTok which is apparently blowing KZbin away I don't know, I can't keep up with all of it, I just want to share my recipes with everyone, have a really great community of sharing & learning and make a living doing it. I have achieved all but the last one...LOL *sad face.

Dear Gretchen! Thank you for such a delicious recipe. Lemon and Rosemary are my favorites in many cooking dishes like pasta and potato, but I never add a strawberry to this already perfect combination. I will try. I trust your recipe, they always come delicious. And the quick question - is it possible to sub-dry strawberries with fresh coarsely chopped cranberries? As far as I understand, the berries, added to that scones, are better to be on the drier side, than juicy, right?

Yes! You can certainly add the cranberry instead! That’s correct, too much moisture will keep the scones flatter, like my chocolate orange ones, whilst they were excellent, the added moisture from the whole puréed orange kept them slightly flatter
