Black pudding is what we call it in the U.K. it’s mainly served at breakfast time it’s nice but not many people like the texture or it being pigs blood and fat. My family like it. Regards to you and yours. Thank you for the channel

If I remember correctly, although this is called black pudding in English, the raw materials are somewhat different from foreign blood sausage. It is mainly made of pig blood and glutinous rice.

This is the first time I have heard of this food. It is very similar to this recipe and very close to Korean soon-dae. Thank you🥰
