I've used the "How Not to Fail Tech" guide as an example of how to write instructions for manufacturing; and my team was pretty proud when Jay teched us at our first event and he said, "Wow! You guys actually read the rules! Nice job." I gotta get back in the Lemons game...

in the Lemons iRacing skins, there is a default "Car Numbers R Hard" sticker already applied to the cars in the regular numbers spot.

Not only have we failed at every rule mentioned in this video at one point or another (and more), some of the rules in the rulebook come from our car being terrible in ways that were perviously unanticipated. We're definitely better now than we were way back when we started in 2009 though. The real secret to passing tech at lemons is to remember to bring your tech sheet already filled out and the secret to doing that is to fill out all but the track on one tech sheet, make a bunch of copies of that, then leave the stack in the glovebox of your tow vehicle.

Or, use it as directed so that your car isn’t trying to kill you. You know, whichever.

Would it be possible to make a quick cut vid of a random entry's inspection process to show it all being checked off? Would be educational as well as pretty funny to hear excuses. Could be like a gameshow where a lemons team win a 'i can read' badge on a 100% tech pass. Love these regular vids lemonsworld!
