I had two horrible experiences living in LeoPalaces with Interac. In one, I was out in the boondocks, doing a contract where I had to run around from elementary school to ES. I had something like 15 schools on a seemingly random schedule. Every teacher wanted me to present them with lesson plans and do a particular lesson tailor-made to their class. I tried my best to repeat lessons, but it was often impossible. The teachers had insane demands. I think it was the first time they ever had a contracted ALT in their schools, so they just totally abused the crap out of me as a teacher. I was stuck in a tiny LeoPalace with a chimpira living nextdoor. He was basically a guy about 20-years-old that seemingly had nothing to do in his life, and he would party from about midnight to maybe 4 am with his friends. LeoPalace walls are extremely thin, so I heard everything. I was supposed to be the cheerful ALT from a different country at these elementary schools, but my life was hell. Eventually I left. There was no other choice. They tried to reason with me, trying to get me to go to a different city and school, but I was so done with working as an ALT. The other experience was at a different time. I actually had to sub for an ALT who screwed up. They ended up getting sent home, so I was there to take his position for a month or so. Nobody cleaned the place up before I moved in. The guy was obviously a very screwed up person. The floor was all sticky, dirty, and smelly. The first thing I did was get on my knees to wipe down the floor, then I went to a drug store to get air freshener. I constantly kept all the windows/doors open except for when I had to go to work. It still stunk. Thankfully the neighbours weren't noisy, but I didn have a couple of evangelical Buddhists come by to try to convert me. I hate LeoPalace with a passion, although I can see that some people will have different experiences.

OMG 😱. I am really sorry to hear about your experiences. They sound really awful and I am grateful that I haven’t been through any of that. This is my 3rd Leopalace and they were always very clean when I moved in. I don’t have noisy neighbors so that’s great but I did have had people trying get me to go pray with them a few times. They are pretty persistent and annoying but know I just tell them I am busy and shut my door or if it’s on the road I just say no and continue walking.

Nice, I like the lights at the entryway. Those stairs tho lol. Your place looking well neat, I like it. I have huge space in my bedroom and I don't know what to do with it, u afi go give me tips dwl.

Like the new place, glad there is more storage. What do you use to hold your phone for videos?

I have a question about your bed. Do I think it Is big enough for a single mattress? Iam kinda tall n Iam wondering if I’d be able to fit a single bed mattress in that space. I hope u answer thank you

Thanks for watching 😊. These beds are made for futons not mattrreses. I sleep on a futon but I think that it is about the size of a single matttress.
