If I had to choose then definitely the Les Paul. I have Standard and Studio models but actually my favourite guitar is my more basic Les Paul Junior with it's single P90.

@newtonlkh More SG's are in Studios than 335's, more SG's have been sold on a whole than Les Paul's, Teles or 335s. The SG is in the big 4 long before the 335 is.

As expected they all sound good. I have played for a few decades, mostly on a 335 simply because I love the ergonomics of playing that intstrument, although I own a Strat, I have never really liked how it plays. I do however appreciate the sound of that instrument in capable hands. I just recently got a Les Paul and was genuinely surprised with how it complements the 335 towards the "bassy" direction and especially the "growling" noise it produces at a certain gain levels. The 335 never gets that "violent" in the tone. I am getting curious about the Tele, since I am not that excited with the Strat sound I have been hesitating to try it. I do have a vintage Gibson L6-S deluxe (which regrettably does not have the 6 way switch, only the 3 way Deluxe config). Long story short, that instrument is very 335-ish on the neck pickup but Strat-clanging on the bridge pickup and nothing in between. I need to dive deeper into the Tele rabbit hole! Great video and great playing. Thanks!

Possibly one of the more notable superstrats or would it be an Epiphone Casino, sporting the P90 pickups and a fully floating top? What is your opinion? Someone mentioned SG in the comments

@@laurifinlandia the purpose was to show the sounds of each guitar. this includes also different PU settings. do you only play on one setting on your guitar?

@@TomMarcozzi i don't, but if i tried to show you the difference between, say, a les paul and a tele, i wouldn't be showing the difference between the les paul neck pickup and the tele beridge pickup, because it's apples and oranges. you might as well compare distortion on one guitar with cleans sounds of another. but that is just my opinion, no need to make anything of it. the playing was great and i still watched the entire video. have a good one.
