Lesson 273: Muay Boran 'Break the Bird's Wing' (part 3)

In this version of the ancient Muay Thai 'break the bird's wing' we take it a step further from the previous lesson where we do the 'chicken wing' to bring your leg over and sit on your opponent's back. This provides a stable base and added pressure which makes it easier to make your opponent tap or break the arm.
NOTE: This is a self-defense move not for sparring. Here, your opponent is someone who overcommits their arm so you can grab. But if your opponent pulls their arm back then abandon this move and transition into something else.

Sorry if I bother you with a lot of questions and comments, I really like Muay Boran, I'm 43 years old and I only discovered Muay Thai when I was 18, then after I became an adult I discovered Muay Boran here in Brazil through a Brazilian teacher who lived in Thailand , but I never had money to train any martial art, I live in a poor region in Brazil and I rent. Thank you for your videos and sorry if I sometimes bother you!
