The Judge said the Court Ordered Sale at $ 60,000 is a Fair price for a Debt Free 7 1/2 tree covered acres and a Stone home across from the Main Entrance to the Formula One Racetrack, Concert and Events Center . Next to the Convenience store they are asking $500,000 for 1 acre .

In Austin Texas Probate Court Judges will Replace the Decedent Chosen Trusted Executor with a Developer's Attorney as Court Monitored Administrator who then decided it would be Best for the Family to Sell the Debt Free Estate to the Austin Texas Tax Payer Funded DEVELOPER operating as 10 LLC s and many names for 2 cents on a Dollar . After Family complaints , the Judge said the attorney is Trained in Ethics and You are Not . Austin Texas Probate Court Judges and DEVELOPER'S acting as PREDATORS , Reprobates lacking Empathy and any desire to do Right .

That sounds like a challenging situation and that the developer's attorney would have conflict of interest if appointed as the executor.
