" Wisdom tells me that I am nothing. Love tells me that I am everything. Between the two, my life flows. " Explanation: Wisdom tells you not to be identified to anything whether a thought , a material stuff or an emotion ...Love tells you oneness of being with everything ...This is the spaciousness or vast awareness where things ebb and flow , appear and disappear . Forms change and things change in that constant vast awareness...
@waelfaraj67053 жыл бұрын
Eckhart Tolle says observe your thoughts and emotions, be aware of them without judging them ... I read awareness is like the sunlight that transforms everything. The trees get green and grow because they witness the sunlight . Likewise we grow through awareness ...Change how you think and feel into better emotions and thoughts...Transmute into peace , love and joy as much as you find it possible or even probable ... This is why some recommend that you become aware of how you feel, think and act ... Many people have achieved good things as they realized their unlimited potential ( examples are many in life ). This is why ancient Greek philosophers recommend that you know youself ...

It is helpful. I do it during the bath or meditating. Just let go of the guilt (guilt rots you inside): try to mend it. Instead, say "I'm worthy" and "I forgive me" (whatever you have done, believe that you won't do it again,). Blessings

@First Amendment Yes , prepare yourself with positive attitude , feelings and to fuel the actions with greater enthusiasm and depth ... A great way is also a peaceful altered state of relaxation to get really deep intuitive thoughts and this is why doves symbolize intuition and related to the Holy spirit as they are peaceful ...

I found your channel in January and honestly, you have changed so much of my ideologies about everything that I used to believe in. I was stuck in a place where I did not know who I was any more, and then I got introduced to Shadow work when you talked about it in one of your videos. I have been doing it since the past two months, and honestly it has changed me so much since then. I have been able to understand and accept myself so much better. I am not completely there yet, because I always felt that something was just missing. And I think this particular video might just be the answer to that. So thank you so much for guiding us!

My problem always WAS that I always felt like everyone around me was against me and that nobody wants to hear my opinions so I did resist the present, everytime, when somebody was around me and because of that I was always silent, even sometimes when someone explained something to me because I feared that I could say something they don‘t like. I was living in hell, analyzing every inch of others, couldn‘t build relationships, it just did hurt so much until... I realized that I am telling myself exactly this story everytime when someone was around me. Now I know where to go and I am feeling more peaceful within myself. Thank you so much Aaron! I wanted to end my life and you (and myself ;)) gave me hope in my deepest low I ever had ❤️

Aaron I LOVED how you did this video with a visual tool, your lecture style videos with the whiteboard are definitely helpful for me but the visual tools of the two different colored cups is such a PERFECT way to give a physical example of this. For me personally, visual learning and learning by example is what works for me, I have a harder time retaining and comprehending things when they are just being explained with words. Definitely think if you’re able to incorporate visual tools like this more often in your videos, that you should do it!! It breaks things down from something like a complex idea into a tangible relatable image that’s easy to grasp.
