* Water : 200ml
* Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) : 30ml
* Soy sauce : 30ml
* Granulated soup stock : 15g
* Shaved shavings: 20g

[1] Cut pumpkin.
[2] Saute pumpkin.
[3] Add seasonings and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
[4] Stir in the shaved bonito flakes.
