My mom recently told me that when I was little and she read my that book, when it said that scrooges partner had died, meaning business partner, I thought it meant romantic partner, and my mom didn't realize this until I asked why everyone wanted scrooge to be happy on Christmas when his husband had just died

From the thumbnail, I had assumed this would be Fan-art set in Lucerna, a magic setting by ValleyBoar. It has similar themes to WritFinch's own magic setting, Gold and Bone, except... candle based magic.
