Love this as getting fit and healthier is my goal for the year too. I do 3 x full body strength sessions, a weekly bootcamp and have added a Pilates session for flexibility and mobility as I’m getting older and stiffer 😂 I’m in a desk job and bought a walking pad to try and get more steps in when I can. Ps where is your shaker from?

Hi Ellie, loved the vid! I started running around October and really focussed on getting my HR down. I even used to jog on the spot when it went above where I wanted it to be 😂. It really helped though and now it sits much lower 😊xx

Thank you!! If you're tracking macros/cals it will make you eat well as you will need to hit the protein and can't just do that with sugar. Try to have the 80/20 approach with 80% good whole foods and 20% treats etc!

i’ve changed up my routine too! started the year trying a cut for the first time, and now i’ve changed my mindset to building muscle but being lean/healthy. Basically body recomp. Need to up my cardio too but idk if steps are the same? i do about 12-15k a day (i walk to work)

love this! body recomp is really fun. So steps and cardio are different but you could do a run which will add to your daily steps anyways xx

He gets a vit b tablet, his biscuits and yes cheese otherwise he won’t eat it! Usually I try and cook chicken but I didn’t have any 😂😂

@@Ellena_fit that’s so sweet! He’s treated like royalty! I add canned pumpkin for a bit of extra fiber. My doggie loves it.
