If you're on a fitness journey and you're struggling to stick to it, just know its ok! Not every week will be 100% and I hope this video encourages you to just keep on going. Here is a little bulk update and a day in my life! Full workout & ingredients are below. hope you enjoy!! Ells xx
BACK WORKOUT:
Single arm DB row 4 sets, 8 reps each arm
Lat pull down 4 sets 8 reps
Cable bicep curl 4 sets 10 reps
Cable pull overs 4 sets 12 reps
Seated row 4 sets 8 reps
Tortellini pasta (2 portions):
1 pack of tomato & mozzarella tortellini
260g chicken breast raw
1 tbsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tin chopped tomato
75ml single cream
1 tsp oregano
40g mozzarella
Sticky chicken & rice (1 portion):
1/4 pepper
1 tsp garlic and ginger
150g raw chicken breast
1 tbsp corn flour
1 spring onion
1 tbsp sriracha
lime juice
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 pack of sticky rice
1 tsp sesame seeds

I love your videos and sorry to hear about Arthur. My sausage dog had an episode of ivdd in September this year and been on recovery and painkillers. Fingers crossed feeling a bit better now but definitely understand the struggle in trying to juggle fitness, work while doing the best we can for them xxx

Thanks lovely, I hope yours is ok! Yeah it’s honestly just a lot to deal with mentally to be honest. Feel like I really struggle as he means so much 🥹 but yes he’s doing better now which is the main thing xx

love love these small update videos.. and quick meal ideas i get that you're having a hard time with the bulking but i mean all your meals look so small compared to what i have and i'm trying to lose weight.. well trying is a big word i'm gonna get back to that more seriously and sports starting january in between work and crazy life i've been doing so so bad. sorry to hear about arthur not doing so well hopefully he's back to his cheery self in no time

So glad! Remember not to compare meal sizes etc as everyone’s body needs are really different 🤍 I actually prefer smaller meals more often and more snacks as big meals make me feel abit sick ☹️ thank you he’s doing better each day x x

i’m going to the doctors tomorrow and i think i’ve gotten a sports hernia. i’m quite upset knowing that i’ll have to stop training for a while, or to cut out hip thrusts and find a different exercise… i was so excited to try to reach 100kg (i’m on 90kg rn) i’m just scared i’ll lose all my progress. I’ll see what they say tomorrow but what other exercises could i do instead of hip thrusts that are really beneficial for glutes? (i’ve not been able to nail RDL form too)

oh nooo! hope you're ok, definitely see what they say first before lifting heavy if its painful. I love hyperextensions, kickbacks, sumo squats, split squats, good mornings, abductions

@@Ellena_fit thanks girl, they said they don’t think it’s a hernia or any cause for concern at least but gonna tone it down on the heavy hip thrusts for a week or two until it goes! good news at least but just confused on what this random pain is
