I still don't understand why the monk was the center token for the Operation. The ninja was in the box as the special (like the wardriver, yuan yuan, hypolita and CSU) and it'd make more sense for a mercenary ninja to be there with his sniper rifle than a wandering monk. The narrative doesn't explain eitherway, so guess it doesn't matter.

Narratively, that monk character tries to protect those in need, so I assume he decided to defend civilians from both sides of the conflict. It especially works if you use the hospital as the centre building. Also, Gimme Dat Monk? =P

Managed to get my hand on a box after your advice Ash so thanks. Bonus was it had the preorder ninja as well so extra awesome. Currently dusting off my brushes and paints as it's been a while. Have to admit I laughed at the "CPR their chest off" comment. Just envisage the medic overcharging the defibrillator. Keep up the great content. And Gimme that monk!

They’re already in the Army Builder (0-12 and CA). Their new army packs will come out over the summer but there’s lots of existing profiles there already!

Got my Kaldstrøm box this week, and my friend and I played the first 3 scenarios from the book like you did last week. Diggin' the slow immersion into the game and should be playing full CodeOne next week. Oh ya - would love to have that curve-bladed monk too! Thanks for posting, Ash.
