Oh, wow - just beautiful!!!! The fabric is indeed perfect and pointing ocut about checking finished garment measurements is a great reminder, as well as sewing a quick toile to get an idea of how it may look when finished. I don't have a serger, so I just zig-zag over the cut ends of my fabric before I throw it in a load of other wash to get ready to sew it. Thanks for this video!

Love this ❤ I’m always looking for long shirts to go with leggings! I would not wear the long sleeves…I just can’t stand sleeves that hang down on my hands…I would likely make it as 3/4 sleeves. …takes a bit away from the look, but it’s just me. Great tip on the interfacing 👍 p.s. I know “muslins” are recommended for so many things these days. I do see the advantage, but I never did any for anything I’ve made, but then I’m only a casual sewist and only make relatively easy to sew clothing. I was taught to sew way back in the day in Home Ec and I don’t recall the teachers ever mentioning making a muslin. I can barely get anything even cut out to make…so if I took the time to also make a muslin of whatever it is, I don’t think I’d ever get anything done. I think careful measuring of the pattern, (and so many patterns now have multi-size cutting lines) making any adjustments needed before you cut and then doing a basting stitch all around and trying it on before final sewing is also a good way to get a good fit. That’s what’s always worked for me. But I can see where a muslin would come in handy when making more advanced or tailored clothing.😊

Hi Anita. I tried the link to the company you mentioned for interfacing. I received a privacy warning about hacking. This occurred using your link and also when I went there from Google. Have you had issues with this site or has anyone else mentioned this?

Yes, I tried it and got the same message so I didn't click on it. I tried calling them from the phone # listed on my bank statement but they don't answer and have no voicemail set up. I sure hope everything is okay and they will get it worked out. I love their interfacing and really want to be able to order more in the future.
