Chess but your opponent's king is a black hole. Meaning if any of your pieces get too near (2 squares or less) they "disappear" (you have to blunder them so that they can be easily captured, by king or other opponent piece).

You actually missed 4 checkmate blunders: 3. ...e5 would have blundered mate in 3 (4.Qxf7+ Kd6 5.Qd5+ Ke7 6.Qxe5#) 6. ...e5 would have blundered mate in 4 (7.Qf3+ Kg6 8.Bxf7+ Kg5 9.d3+ Kh4 10.g3#) 7. ...e5 would have blundered mate in 6 (8.Qf3+ Ke7 9. Qxf7+ Kd6 10.Rd3+ Nd4 11.Rxd4+ exd4 12.Qd5+ Ke7 13.Qe5#) And then on the 11th move you had various moves that blundered Qg5# mate in one
@medexamtoolsdotcom
@medexamtoolsdotcom 2 жыл бұрын
This is why I think his making the original statement of the challenge more severe by making it checkmate in any number of moves instead of 1, really doesn't make any sense at all. You need to keep it as checkmate in 1, because you're always SOME number of moves away from being checkmated if you are forced to make a sequence of blunders of ANY length. Like that futurama joke where the 2 robots are playing chess and the one with white says to the other at the start of the game "checkmate in 147!" If you're forced to blunder ANY number of moves, you're not going to have any freedom of choice to play the game at all, you're just going to be forced to do stupid things until you lose.
@medexamtoolsdotcom
@medexamtoolsdotcom 2 жыл бұрын
And even if the intent is ONE move to get into a position where checkmate is unavoidable, rather than a series of n specific moves to get into a checkmate, you're still going to have no freedom of choice on the first one, and then you'll have no freedom of choice on the next one, and the next and the next, so as soon as any checkmate exists no matter how obscure, without even knowing what it is, you would be required to blindly follow the path into it.
@gwentarinokripperinolkjdsf683

The problem with a challenge like this is you really need to cheat with an engine to succeed here.
@Cowtymsmiesznego
@Cowtymsmiesznego 2 жыл бұрын
@@medexamtoolsdotcom But he's not forced to make a sequence of blunders of any length. He's only forced to walk into unavoidable checkmates. But yeah, as soon as he is forced to walk into a forced mate, he has to stay in the forced mate unless the opponents "lifts" it. And even then, it will likely be possible to walk right back into it. I think the main thing that makes this hard is the hyper-bongcloud. Otherwise I think he *should* be able to play ultra-safe where he never has a possibility to walk into checkmate - and then he can just simply play strong moves and win.
@fangzhang9376
@fangzhang9376 2 жыл бұрын
@@Cowtymsmiesznego Well, the problem is that any losing position be definition has a forced mate by the opponent. I guess the definition is a little blurry here since there may be some "losing" positions that can be drawn with very accurate defence, but in general, if you blunder a whole queen, your opponent probably has a forced mate after taking it. And can you play safe enough that you never have the chance to make a game-losing blunder at all?
