I was impressed by Violet McGraw, and how excellent she was as Cady, despite being only eleven years old. She was fantastic as Young Nell in Hill House as well. Evidently, horror must run in the family, since her sister Madeleine was Gwen in The Black Phone.

I think its important to notice that the sisters didnt seem close. The way her spoke about her to her husband seemed like she barely saw her niece, and was annoyed how focused she was on her career. She probably took Cady out of guilt.

This was really good horror comedy especially for a January movie release. Me and my family went to see this movie opening weekend. The theater was having fun and laughing. I am so glad we are getting a sequel. Megan is just an icon ❤

This movie annoyed me when I saw it. It makes tech workers look like morons with the EQ of a plastic tortoise, and it makes it look like building a cutting edge machine learning doll just takes a night of midnight oil and a bunch of typing from a single person.
