It’s hard enough for young men and women to navigate all the conflicting messages the world has about sex and love and relationships, throw bipolar disorder into the mix and it’s a recipe for disaster. Onion Face she had mental issues before that boy, and she literally kind of grew up in that relationship. She never got to the point where she could actually deal with her issues on her own, only the relationship issues. It’s not completely her fault to be honest. She never got a chance to deal with those issues, at the end of the story it honestly sounded like she did at least deal with a little bit of it because she isn’t responding back or speaking to him.

Use his military abilities? From the sound of it he's a below average enlisted in the MC, so I don't think you have to worry about him having that much power to do anything. The best thing to do is file a complaint and report his activities to the base command where he is stationed. The military may not be perfect, but most of us had zero problems correcting and punishing bad behavior.

The story with elliot is literally my high school relationship... finally got the courage after 6 years to end my mentally and sometimes physically abusive relationship.. kicked him out of my apartment only to have him constantly break into it months later and refused to leave so I ended up having to move.. only to find out in a text from him that he met a girl on craigslist who looks extremely similar to me and I guess I've heard she acts like me and likes the same things as me. Got her pregnant and married her all in less than a year. He still messages me randomly and begs for me back even though he has a family and is still married... I worry for his wife and child... hes mentally unstable..

I know a couple just like Eliot and Diana. They been together since middle school and he would constantly call her names, even hit her and cheat it on her with this other girl. I was a very close friend of hers but she always went back to him cause she "love's" him. Now she is 22 has 3 kids and he still the same. oh and last I that heard he also has a kid with the girl he keep cheating on her with... In middle I skip class with him he took behind a house and showed me a condom I obviously walk away and gave him a look like he was stupid. Now today he try flirting with me online. It's pointless to tell my friend cause to her, other girls are the problem and not him. Their relationship is toxic... I don't understand what she finds in a guy like him who been manipulating her since we were 12. So many crazy things she has done for him even stealing money from her parents. I had a stalker (it was absolutely awful) well long story short I came home really late from a night out and went into my room to go to bed and this man who is 6'10 is laying in my bed with my 4 month old baby! I start screaming bloody murder ripped her diaper off and check her , she was ok thank God but he just kept saying "baby what's wrong why are you upset" it was terrifyingly surreal , I ended up getting a restraining order but it didn't stop him . I worked at Larry's giant subs at this time and when taking smoke breaks we did it in the alley and I would step out and there he was! The worst part was he owned a tow truck so he would constantly tow my car , it was a almost year long nightmare. Edit: he had stolen my underwear and a nighty thing and weirdest of all some of my hair rollers....

My son has autism and just saying but those who have it find social interaction a complete nightmare, speech can be delayed etc. People already can be so cruel to those who have Austim and the first 2 stories are not doing any justice. I feel like the one about the stalker named Amy wasn't true or was exaggerated. Only because most people would care more about getting a picture of their cat being hurt like that....and a few would go as far as getting in contact to retrieve their pet. But all that happened was that she "began to feel creeped out" and then went home. Story 3 I had a long distance relationship with a psycho like that for a few months. I mean we all have our problems that we bring into relationships, but being so abusive and probably going off to someone breaking down is disgusting. The time he was in my life have been the worst months of my life and he completely changed me so much for a while. Stalking is notoriously hard to proove. You have to keep a log of every incident, a record of every message, and in the case of break ins and abuse you have to proove it was them before you can add it to the log. It can take upwards of several months to gather enough evidence to even get a restraining order and upwards of 12 months to build a solid case that'll hold up in court enough to get them jail time. And, depending on when all of this took place, the legislature might not even have been in place to adequately protect her at the time.

Nicole Beaver I gotta say, I agree. I’m autistic and epileptic and I have so many other diagnosis and if you met me, it wouldn’t seem like I have Autism or anything. Not everyone on the autism spectrum is a stalker. We do have social skill problems and things of the like but we are also people with desires, like for friends or a family of our own. We just don’t have the social skills to get those things for ourselves.

I think it’s a mixture of the fact that a lot of autistic men who are high functioning and very coddled growing up might become stalkers because of a mix of hyper fixation and lack of social awareness. To them the whole not getting social cues unfortunately also means that sometimes they don’t know they’re being creepy and they think they’re flirting. And I mentioned coddling cuz this also means they can’t handle rejection or can’t comprehend it very perfect mixture to create a stalker tbh
