What Kamo meant when he said those pacts were nullified was that those cursed spirits he made deals with, no longer had the ability to be released....unless Kamo had the ability to carry curses....like Geto does. Hence him releasing all those curses.

So this isn't super well explained, but "Rika" is essentially two entities: Rika the Cursed Spirit, and Rika the little girl. Rika's soul was freed in the movie, but the Cursed spirit still remained, as it's the manifestation of Yuta's Cursed Technique. The curse version of Rika still retains her power and personality, being fiercely loyal to Yuta, while the real Rika's soul has moved on to the afterlife.

I think JJK higher ups are inspired by Central 46 in Bleach. Also it is because of higher ups, Yuji was sent to fight special grade finger bearer in S1 E4. Due to this incident, Sukuna was able to forge a binding vow to Yuji and also Yuji forgot about that vow.

Sukuna cut Inumaki's arm when he opened his domain. Most of Inumaki was outside of the domain but his arm was caught in it. They dont mention it in the anime but in the manga they do. Crazy thing is if Megumi wasnt so close to the Sukuna he wouldnt shrinken his domain. Sukuna's domain has 200meters radius but he shrinkened it to 140meters so Megumi wouldnt be caught in it. Megumi unknowingly saved Inumaki too if it was 200meters Inumaki would be gone

Explanation. "Geto" created contracts with curses and sorcerers 1000 years ago, sealing them. Untill he got into geto's body and used mahito's technique, which broke those contracts unsealing and releasing the curses and sorcerers onto the world. Of which were all from when sukuna was alive. The sorcerers were put into vessels, said vessels are the people in coma's(like megumi's sister)

I will explain what happened at time stamp 6.52 Geto said that he remotely activated IDLE TRANSFIGURATION on two types of Non-sorcerers 1) People who have already absorbed cursed objects like yuji itadori did 2) People who possessed cursed techniques but they have brains structured like non-sorcerers like (junpe yoshino) geto adjusted their brains to match those of sorcerers so that they could activate their techniques and gave strength to the people who have absorbed cursed object to be a potential vessel.

If you look past your personal connections to the characters, The elders are 100% in the right. If they had executed Sukuna like they planned, Shibuya would never have been this horrible. Gojo's arrogance and constantly breaking rules set by elders led to Shibuya. - Didn't burn Geto's body as per the rule allowing that "brain" to take over and use Idle Transfiguration. Sorcerers are cremated for this exact reason. - Didn't let Itadori get executed, leading to thousands of deaths in Shibuya. - Wasted time styling over Jogo instead of killing him when they met and brought Itadori with him which resulted in him being distracted and Jogo escaping. - Had he burned Geto's body, he would have never got caught and Shibuya would be a win for the heroes. The Elders kept Japan safe for a 1000 years. Gojo managed to f*** up everything in 30 years. Itadori is a massive threat to everyone's safety. They are objectively right.

The 10 million spirits were those Kamo had pacted with over the course of 1000+ years. However, whenever he has to change to a new body, those pacts are nullified, and he couldn't utilize them. So it wasn't until he had a cursed ability like Geto's in which he could actively summon them regardless of a pact with another scorcerer being active or not. Or thereabouts.

It's never explicitly explained ever in the series, but the Rika Yuta has now is essentially a Shikigami and not a vengeful spirit and is sort of a part of his Copy technique now.

I wanted to clarify, the second type of non-sorcerers Kamo mentioned were people who HAVE (not the potential of) cursed techniques but don’t have the brain structure of a sorcerer who can utilize cursed energy. So with Idle Transfiguration he altered their brains, so they CAN use cursed energy and therefore their techniques. Which we can recall it was stated that techniques are engrained in the body so it’s technically just there (the part in the Yuji S1 training where Gojo tells Yuji a sorcerers talent is like 90% innate)

You appreciated the fact that it wasn’t a happy ending instead of being upset that there wasn’t closure. Ending the season with the same energy that carried through most of the season was fitting. What do you do when your heroes have lost? How do we move forward. The fact that you see the big picture with Kamo’s plan and not make unrealistic assumptions on what our crew could’ve done is fantastic. How you you compete with someone who’s been planning for 1000 years? So many people forget that we’re looking at it as the viewer and not the character. Even as the viewer, what solutions could you possibly have. It was an insane plan of someone moving in the shadows essentially for 1000 years. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Haven;t watched your JJK reactions since EP 17 cause i was waiting for all of them to get uploaded so i can binge watch them BUT do you guys have any Plans of reacting to the BLURAY of ep 17 since you guys have already watched the TV version in DUB, the subs of BluRay won't bother you at all. Asking this so i can expect the reaction for it from you guys :) so Please mention it here. The ep 17 in BluRay is quite different then the TV version with about 5 Minutes of additional scenes, polished drawings and without any ghosting/dimming issues and its one of the BEST animated episode in the history of animation ( Yes i know it sounds exaggerated but you'd know once you'll watch it ) MUCH LOVE !

I will NEVER understand how Yaga got sentenced to death for this but Yuki and Mei Mei face zero consequences. Yuki’s conversation with Geto started this and then Diddy- I mean Mei Mei ran and hid when she should’ve been helping out

Why would Yuki face any consequences? She had a conversation with Geto, *Geto himself* suggested killing all non-sorcerers and Yuki said that it could work, but that it would be idiotic and cruel to do something like that. Yuki may have helped Geto to have an goal in mind, but that whole thing was Geto's decision and his alone. And Geto would have done something drastic sooner or later by himself, considering he was already calling non-sorcerers monkeys even before his conversation with Yuki, the conversation only made it happen a bit sooner.
