You can use dishtowels, old cotton t shirt, cloth diapers or something like that instead of paper towels, then put them in a bin with a tight lid instead of ziplocs. Thanks for the video! You're inspiring!

Wow! I have never heard of this method of storing the lettuce and I will definitely give it a try. I also was not aware you could harvest it in two different ways - I love the idea of re-growing the lettuce :). Thanks for sharing these useful tips
