Remember that every time Ryu has to retry the section after the checkpoint, he has to hit like 6 p-switch jumps.

I'm not sure the last guy knows that making every other jump blind isn't the same as "precision," it would be a nice level if they cleaned it up a bit but they really couldn't cash the check that their level description wrote... or something like that. Dude, at 11:33 you can use all your momentum to past the spikes instead falling to get the two P-Switch down. At 11:35 just fall into the P-Switch and let yourself fall down right at the end of the spikes to the next P you'll find just there. You can win a lot of time.
