This is the weirdest game ever. At 6:08, Levy's opponent hangs his rook but Levy misses it? Then at 6:16 Levy's opponent misses Rook E8. How are they both missing such obvious moves?

You are kidding right? 6:08 is Qg2+. And at 6:16 levy would have played Nc6, covering d8 promotion square, but this would only prolong the game a little. At 6:16 levy missed Bd6, but at that point he was probably already lost.
