Lex, as someone who first saw you on JRE, I have been a fan of your podcast since around the pandemic starting. Have been a huge fan, and love all the guests you have had on, from the episode with your father (who by the way is an unbelievably interesting genius that I hope as a Philly native will be able to run into him sometime around the University City/Drexel area 😂) to jiujitsu legends like this episode. How can a person not learn from this type of a coach...He will disect, and expand, a person's existing knowledge, while using basic yet specific and direct, terminology. He doesn't waste any words, his calmness is contagious to me as a viewer, so I can only imagine the impact it has on his students, over a long time and at the higher level. His answers are specific, but indicate the possibilities of multiple aspects, or adaptations, that a person can apply to them based on their outlook etc
