Lexus IS300 G5-BRT Projector Headlight Retrofit | BiXenon Panamera DRL Shrouds

We retrofit NHK G5-BRT (Hella Replica) BiXenon projectors into a 2002-2005 Lexus IS300 Headlight. To fit it nicely, we use a Morimoto Profile Panamera DRL shroud with switchback turn signals. The NHK G5-BRT is one of many G5 projector variants made by NHK. This version has one of the best outputs thanks to a special lens coating. The bowl is same as other G5 variants.
Since I got these in Sept of 2020, the BRT has sold out and been upgraded to a v2 version.

You should shop around for some better projectors in that price range or a little more. The Acme are rebranded MD2S 2.0 and I don’t think they were that great back then. NHK and DLAND probably have better options in that $50 price point if you can wait on AliExpress shipping.

AliExpress but it’s wasn’t useful. If you saw my beam after using it. It was clocked 1/8 to 1/4 inch off.

Are the original lights on the car HID?

Yea they are HID in a reflector with D2R bulbs. Output is garbage and consistent with early HID tech from 2000.
