I was impressed how the team came back from being down 3-0 - despite looking so incredibly passive in the 1st period. Sandin and Galchenyuk's mistakes were costly, but those are correctable errors with better support and communication. I firmly believe this team will win this series. I'm hoping the Habs 'emptied the tank' on that game, and our Leafs make the next game a clinic.

Sandin learned a big lesson... (this is not Thorton’s fault) ... when you see the hit coming you chip the puck off the boards and out... not a fancy attempt of a pass right before your blue line. He’s definitely benched next game lol-love him still but definitely a learning experience

"Most teams win the playoff series when they're up 3-1" Ahaha... well, it was not a wrong assessment, but not only were the Leafs being the Leafs in that instant, the Habs were channeling their 2004 & 2010 spirit where they upset teams in the first round that are supposed to be stronger than them (and those teams, Boston and Washington, were up 3-1 against the Habs, heh). We can look at Leafs' history of choking in epic proportions, but we can also look at the Habs's history of making Cup contenders choke in Round 1 as well.
