I think Sponge cake recipe more flour than chiffon. I personally love cake with soft and moist texture, so this one still sponge cake recipe just the version more up to my taste only 🤣

Sure, you can do it. You can try this recipe 1st, it's quite easy for a bakery starter. This cake can keep in fridge for 3 days ya.

Tried and succeeded at first attempt! Simple and clear instructions as usual 😊 i'm thinking of using butter instead of corn oil, butter must be in salted or unsalted? Melted or soften in room temperature?

Hi, glad to hear you succeeded. 👍👍 Normally people using unsalted butter to making dessert, but I think this is very personal. Please melt the butter and let it cool in room temperature.
