@@ba_commander No. You called it and spent the CP before you rolled the 1 for the Assault Centurions advance, which meant you didn't have a CP to reroll. Not that you likely would have, but you would have had the option to simply not spend the DP on either, which didn't seem to be something you considered.

1:27:48 This came up in a streamed competition game the other week where a player had been getting this wrong into a 4-1 w/l. Once an action is started by a unit that meets all of the requirements (one of which is that it isn't battleshocked), unless otherwise stated by a special rule, the action does not stop unless the unit performing the action makes a move (not including consolidation or pile in moves), or is taken off the battlefield (through a reaction or is killed). Doesn't matter if the unit is subsequently battleshocked after starting the action or killed down to 1 man left, it will complete the action.

@@ba_commander out of 46 wound rolls on the knight, you did 2 PF devs and 2 CS devs, which should have resulted in 6MWs. This is below the 7.67 average expected dev wounds - alternatively, the Eviscerators should have added 2 more devs and Astorath 1, for 6 more MW. A total of 12MW. I think you really wanted to grenade going in for ~5MW (average 17MW then), as well as give them Lance. It's a lot of CP investment, but could have come close - and to take a 500pt model down to a bawhair of its life with a 335pt unit in one combat is still a good showing

As a DG player I really love that list thematically, unfortunately in Pariah Nexus we need a tonne of little units like cultists, spawn, drones and Beast of Nurgle to do secondaries.

Sure. Disembark 3’ , move 12’ , advance d6 + 1, charge 2d6 + 1.

I thought as Assualt marines are Infantry and fly they can go straight through the ruins rather than have to go up and over?

While this is correct, my guys were one story up, so from jumping forward, I need to measure diagonally because it’s not free to go up or down a level.

So you did, my mistake. Completely missed that on the watch through. I'm rapidly losing the will to run 10DC after that, Astorath can really whiff if you roll below average, not quite the guaranteed damage we hoped.
