Okey so i felt like i need to share this. I have been extremely insecure about my thighs for the past few years. I have tried many workouts,diets, and sports to get slim thighs. Although i feel like i had some progress over time it never truly showed. Until the beginning of the summer i have been doing more extreme workouts that require way more jumping, and moving around. The have worked but it wasn't giving the results i was looking for. During the summer i barely had time to workout so i just sticked to doing as many sport and activities as possible to stay in shape. Although it kept me in a kind of shape it obviously didn't change the way i felt about my thighs. A few weeks ago i was just surfing on the internet, kind of looking for any kind of solution to feel better about myself. Then i bumped into some womens video about pilates. I immediately searched up what it was and Lidia's videos were the first ones to pop up. I really liked her vibe and the kind of videos she was/is doing so I decided to give it a try. I have been doing this workout for like four days and i shit you not, i can already feel how great it is. Even my mother noticed how much more toned my thighs were. Obviously theres not going to be so big results after not even a week, but i am really satisfied with this workout!! It is easy to follow and to do, but it still works your body like hell and you can clearly feel how sore your legs are after you're done. I love how it doesn't takes up much time so it's easy to fit it into my Daily plan. I am planning on doing Pilates, more specifically Lidia's videos until next summer. So if anyone is looking for a sign or something to start doing it, take my comment as one!!!! Thank you Lidia for the amazing workout!!

@@sukhveerkaur4422 In my Opinion you should definitely try it!! I did it for like 4 month and it really transformed my legs. Ofc don't expect like major changes but they are noticable. Unfortunately I don't do this workout anymore since i don't have the energy nor the time anymore. I switched to an easier but still effective one. However i still do this one when i got time, for example in breaks or weekends( as i am still studying).

I have done Lidias workouts for around 6 weeks and felt stronger than ever before plus with pretty much the perfect body. Then I had to quit for 4 weeks because I had to wean my second child and got sick afterwards. Now I am back, day 2, and so so delighted!!!! My goal is to get to the 30 min videos within a few weeks. Burned caloried are very varied because height, weight etc. affects to it, if your bigger person you burn more than smaller person :)

I just started today I'm going to consistently stick to this workout and do it at least twice day. I'll be tracking my progress here!! thigh size are both 21 will update after two weeks day 1- Was a bit sweaty, but the burn felt great Okay haven’t updated for a bit, but here ya go with an update I was doing it consistently for over two weeks whilst on a calorie deficit. My thighs didn’t slim don’t, but they are very toned and more sculpted. Overall, I now do this workout 3 times a week. If your looking for a thigh gap this may not be the best workout, but if your looking for toned legs I would recommend. I was looking for a thigh gap though 😭, but I found going on runs and doing active cardio like cycling is helping me achieve that more. New update- So I have been running around 2-4 miles constantly since the start of January till now whilst recently in the last two weeks doing the hip adductor machine for the inside AND outside of my legs and that’s is the only thing that has actually given me a thigh gap. Whilst being in a 800-2000 calorie intake depends on the day but I don’t usually go over the normal 2000 but most days try to keep it under 1800. I finally am seeing results. So I would say cardio pairs with the hip adductor machine is the trick, I also do incline abs on a machine as well (maybe it could also contribute since I feel it burn my thighs sometime 🤷🏽♀️). Just wanted to updated everyone :))

@@corinapeycha7702 I would say it toned my legs and length them for sure before I started incorporating runs into my workout routine, but I would also recommend stretching a lot more after to see better results.

@@Sarakriisnow I only do legs about 3 times a week, so days of training ( no weight just body weights), I do do at least 15-30 minutes cardio (sometimes just outside or on a treadmill) and then last day just a super long day of cardio. That along with a 16:8 fast and calorie defiect actually help me see results for a thigh gap, not just toned legs. And my legs haven’t bulk up whatsoever. I hope that helps.

@@ginevrapozzolini4338 yes! and after doing it I stretch very very well and Sometimes I do massage to drain the fluid from the legs. I recommend that you look for things to drain the fluid from your legs. With this my legs changed a lot.

I love your workouts! I did this workout and a couple of your others consistently every day for about five weeks, whilst also doing trail running at the start of the year, and the difference it made in my body was incredible. My legs felt super strong and were quite toned, I made heaps of progress in my running thanks to these workouts, and I also noticed that my abs were really defined during this period. Unfortunately I had to stop after going back to school because of too much study, but I am trying to get back into it again. :) For anyone looking for a low impact but effective way of working out, I would 100% recommend Lidia's videos. doing this everyday for a week... day one - (saturday) : ✅ at first this wasn't that hard until i got the standing part then my legs really started to burn, but i like the workout so far!. day two(Sunday) : ✅ today was a little hard but I’m definitely getting better I did the Pilates workout on my Apple Watch and it says I lost 33 calories! day three: it was easy today day four: I was very sore day five: day six: day seven:

Doing this everyday until I get the results I want(Also doing the 5 minute version): Day 1: ✔Felt a huge burn Day 2 ✔ Slightly easier but still burning Day 3:✔ Surprisingly starting to see an extremely mild change Day 4:✔ Feeling that burn Day 5:✔Not Giving Up Day 6:✔Seeing slightly more results but not enough Day 7:✔Getting easier but still feeling the burn Day 8:✔So happy with results so far Day 9:✔Staying consistent and pushing through Day 10:✔Getting closer to my goal Day 11✔Keep going So after about 10 or 11 days the exercises started to feel really easy and not enough burn so I started to vary them still on Lidia's Chanel. My results after doing the 20 minute one was shocking no joke. Its been almost a month now and I'm really glad I found her chanel because it has made a massive difference. So for anyone wondering, this workout works and the key is to stay consistent, if you don't have a lot of time the 5 minute ones are outstanding aswell. Dont give up! ❤

I'm going to try to do it daily and share the results 💕 Day 1 - quite alright, not really hard but still challenging Day 2- okay it's quite fast to give up I know but I really didn't have time today and I've also walked a lil today + drunk a lot water so it's alright, if I'll have time tomorrow, I'll do it twice 💕 Day 3-4 I've skipped yesterday, but we had guests over, and today I did it again and it felt pretty good! My advice to everyone is to drink lotssss of water, it really helps 💗 Day 5 - done Day 6- done Day 7 - done, I'm starting to notice some little changes Day 8 - skipped today, but walked 10 k steps and had a dance class, I'm starting to lose weight!

finished! i’m going to do this for 5 days (on friday and today twice to make up for the weekend) i’m doing one other workout with this one, i’m a beginner to working out and the standing ones were super harder Day One: ✅ this workout was super hard near the end, even the beginning was a little hard my thighs are burning and i’m a bit out of breath.. Day Two: ✅ finished! breathing is a big part the first part got way easier and the first standing part but the last 3? or 4 were really hard and also i could do everything in my bed but i suggest not doing the stand ones in bed! i’m really sore and i think this one is great Day Three: ✅ done! i lost 1 cm i think, before i did this i was 16cm and now i’m 15 cm! maybe i measured wrong but i definitely see a small difference, i didnt need to take breaks either besides the first one! the last 2 were hard but got easier Day Four: ❌ i am sick, so i decided to do an easier one 3 times to make up for it because i can’t really move well when i’m sick :’) the weekends are my rest day! ✅ day Five: done! i did the other one 2 times today too. i once again struggled with the standing ones.. for the last workout i needed a 10 second break real quickly… ❌ Day Six: i did not do it, i was really busy and i also am sicker than yesterday i am doing the easier less moment one 3 times today, sorry 😢

Holaa!! Llevo haciendo esta rutina unos días y quería compartir hasta ahora mis resultados! Cabe recalcar que los hago junto a otro vídeo de ejercicios, así que puede que hacerlos juntos me haya ayudado. Principio: ➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️ Muslos: 58cm Pantorrillas: 36cm ➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️ D1 28/08/24: ✅ Me ha costado mucho al principio y al final he acabado casi sin poder cambiar 😭 D2 29/08/24: ✅ Me ha costado también, pero lo he completado, pero al despertarme no podía ni caminar, ha sido muy difícil 😭 D3 30/08/24: ❌ Me he tomado un descanso, pero he caminado bastante D4 31/08/23: ✅ Está vez no me ha dolido y he podido completarlo mas cómodamente, menos el último ejercicio, mis piernas ya empiezan a temblar 😭 D5 1/09/24: ✅ Ahora ya no me duele nada al día siguiente, y mis mulos internos ya no chocan como antes. (Me sigue costando el último) D6: 2/09/24: ✅ Lo he hecho, pero estaba muy cansada así que el último ejercicio me ha costado mucho, como siempre 😞 D7 3/09/24: ✅ Hoy lo he hecho y la verdad es que ya me sale mejor el último ejercicio 🎉. anyone doing this workout i would recommend doing a cardio typa workout of leg movement beforehand to perform better in this and have less leg pain and stress best of luck on the journey of your welk being whatever your goal might be you know you can do it!

i’m very busy with school! so i’m going to try do this every saturday, and if i can during the week! i’m doing this up until may 2025. ! Day 1 - Done! ✅ struggled on the last one but completed it Day 2 - ❌ my legs were super sore. im not sure if its from day 1 or not. and plus i have a headcahe and a cold 🤕

15/08 - great workout ! Loved the exercices you chooses. A bit sweaty but really not much :) 23/10 - still a really good workout 01/11 - I ate quite bad recently and got a bit of thights fat. I hope next time I update here it would have change ^^

They do both! It makes them slim while giving more strength aswell, trust me I did this and it worked out amazing. I also wanted slim thighs and I got my resutlts after about 2 weeks! They dont make them super bulky though so don"t worry!

majority of the exercise i didn’t even feel anything in my thighs. and it wasn’t even tiring thjs was like walking. i doubt it does anything effective and would take 10 years to actually see results. no ty. this was terrible

If you play any sort of sport, dance, cheer, gymnastics, or anything like that, you may want to look for a harder one since you’re legs are already very strong 😊
