Good on you for the weight loss. I was 212 at my heaviest and now I'm around 150. I felt lousy all the time when heavy and couldn't put my finger on why. It throws your whole body off. Now I know I am sensitive to carbs and sugar and need to keep an eye on them. I eat more protein and fat now and veggies. I'm a little envious of your studying :) I miss those days esp. in the fall when it gets to be go-back-to-school time. I miss the cool days and long walks carrying books etc that goes along with it. Getting a cup of coffee on my way to class. I always liked the fall and made a real effort to get going and do a good job in high school but I always petered out by xmas. I know why I struggled now but back then I didn't. I am getting a better insight into what my wife goes through with her SZ and fatigue thanks to your vids too. I can't thank you enough.

I'm sure they won't have your study books on it but Spotify does audio books now and I'm loving it as I've never used them. Wouldn't it be amazing to wake up with your morning coffee and instead of scrolling just read every morning, well I'm going to try and wake up and not scroll and listen to my audio books, "almost" waking up and reading ha. Some technology is good. Good luck with the course work I'm sure you will ace the test/assignment 🙂

Hi! thank you! We are actually taught English from grade 1 here in Sweden and we don't use dubbed movies and tv-shows when translating English so many grow up with learning to read subtitles to English speaking movies. I personally learned a lot from watching Pirates of the Caribbean as a child. 😂 But again thank you, my English is of course not perfect but I get by and I try to improve by learning more and KZbin can be great for learning languages. 😊
