Well the weight does play a part because if it was light enough you could grab it by the tip or corner or something with your finger tips but due to its weight you're forced to get a better grip which in turn makes the size of the hole more important

I can pick up 12 kg I'm small (also you can't pick up that kind of block from the corner cuz the corners are slopes and it's really hard to pick up slopes)

It's not about strength it's about hand size and the right technique Edit: This comment section is crazy. Lots of variety, but no 15 pounds is super ez to do with the right technique. Sure strength is cool but isn't nearly as important as the 2 I mentioned above. IF your hands are too big you can't get your hand back out unless you want to rip your skin off. And if you don't have the right technique you can't get the bar no matter your hand size or strength. 15 lbs is still ez even at this angle. i was just thinking too, personally i’d take the dislocation and walk away with profit, i’ve dislocated my ankle shoulder, elbow, knee and hips and fixed them all myself because i’d honestly rather fuck around with something like that and take the risk of learning how to fix it which to me is worth more than making it worse literally as we speak i have a fucking dislocation… however i definitely can’t do this myself, it’s a bone from behind the shoulder blade poking up slightly outwards, right above the shoulder blade now (i can tell it’s position cause i feel the bone where it’s supposed to be on the other side) definitely gonna have to go to the chiro but any idea what the name of the bone is called so i can try one more time😗
