I really enjoy those genuine videos where you casually discuss random topics, like this one and the "On Tour" series with Chris. You come across as a fascinating person James. Keep it up!

Other James maybe on to something, since my son 4 years ago, my strength has gone up but I can't for the life of me get rid of my lower belly fat, but as original James said, I ain't giving up pasta and cake for my mental health. Giving up what I like to eat for a few percentage off of body fat ain't worth it.

Awesome conversation between health/fitness knowledgeable guys that start to understand what it is to gain weight when having young kids. But keep your hopes since it gets easier to lose belly fat after 45. When Covid hit I started IF and boy did I lose weight. Then all it took was starting resistance training, some creatine and powder protein and got back some weight but kept lean 😊

Up until i turned 40, i could eat what i wanted and not gain weight. I had the energy for the gym 4-5 times a week and was out dancing all night at raves most weekends. My level of activity was insane. But as I've got older and more sedate, yes, the weight has gone on and as a menopausal woman, finding the energy to work out at the level i used to... well, good luck with that! But I've started supplementing with creatine this week and will chat with GP about HRT tomorrow. If i cam get a handle on the fatigue that plagues me daily and other myriad symptoms of menopause, i think i can make some progress. Nothing to lose except my fat

As a slightly fat 100kg man. I'm dead good with the crow pose that they did at the end. I can jump into it on a pool table pissed. Then go to a headstand and back nice and smooth. Been working on it for a while with some other gymnastics type stuff for BJJ. It helps so much. Unfortunately like a fucking child I went on a scooter on a skatepark recently, because my daughter was on her own and I felt really bed. Now I'm out of the game for 6 months with a badly broken ankle. On that note get plenty of vids out guys I'm going to need some motivation 🤣🤣

You can live in a house You can rent out a house and earn money from it. Stocks are ownership of a company that sells products and make money. You can get dividends from stocks. Crypto does nothing. You buy it and hold it and hopes that someone some day wants to pay more for it than you did. There is a difference.
