It worked for opening the garage door from the remote, but it won’t close. It also glitches when using the wall control; clicking and flashing the first press, then closing only if the wall control is continuously pressed down until door completely shuts

Any reason this wouldn't work with a Liftmaster MH5011L unit? We have 4 doors with these units and want a single opener per truck with the ability to open and close each door. Thanks.

What is the make and model of the existing remote that currently works the door?

Ok, that part is fine, next question what is the model number of the receiver unit you are using/programming them into?

I'd have to climb up onto a ladder, it does have an external (connected with cable) reciever with a small antenna. I'll see if I can get up there and see a model number.
